I like the follow up after my purchase. I think the cereal is delicious but find it too sweet for me. I add dried Cranberries but it"s still sweet. Do you do any others which are less sweet? I wouldn't hesitate to order plain unsweetened clusters or flavours.

I recently ordered from Surreal and had a great experience. The website was easy to use, delivery was quick, and everything arrived well-packaged and exactly as described.

The product quality was impressive and clearly well thought out. While I’d love to see more variety in the future, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

I was so dubious about ordering this cereal. I saw tonnes of reels of adverts, heard about it from friends and even did the comparison in the shops against our normal breakfast cereal. I was impressed, but then I read a lot of reviews about the taste not being great and it tasting like cardboard with a bad aftertaste… But I wanted the benefit of the cereal and thought I can’t knock it until I tried it. So I went and bought a box of cinnamon, (I did think it was quite expensive if it turned out I didn’t like it) and I absolutely LOVED it! The taste, the texture, the packaging… I fell in love with it all! So instead of buying individual boxes I’ve ordered one big box to try out all the different flavours and make a saving. And what’s even better is I don’t have to buy seperate cereal for my partner as it’s gluten free! Loads of offers online and it comes with a free bowl and spoon. Thank you for taking the time to create this brand, im now full until dinner time and dont have the sugar crash. I’m hooked. Courtney, mum of 3.

I’ve never found a cereal that I want to eat every day before, this one I eat every morning and feel like I’m doing myself some good. The only negative is that I find it too sweet on its own for my taste, but a handful of Surreal, mixed with kefir, Greek yoghurt, blueberries, banana, flax and a splash of oat milk, is a perfect breakfast!

After reading mixed reviews I was a bit wary of buying but now I’m really happy I did I got eight boxes mixture of honey chocolate cooking cream and the granola and a few others for the kids. The chocolate hoops taste even better than Kellogg’s chocolate hoops and the honey ones tasted exact same as honey nut loops by Kellogg’s. All I say is mix the milk with the cereal first or you can get a little bit of a powdery taste other than that I would highly recommend these.

Outstanding delivery and customer service. The cereals are delicious! Only thing is that they are full of artificial sweeteners. I wouldn't mind laying more if they contained Stevia instead.
