I have a claim to make under guarantee
I have a claim to make under Eaziglide’s guarantee. However the e-Mail address to which customers are directly to lodge a claim bounces back as not recognised. And I have not find any other means of contacting Customer Support. So, what am I supposed to do. Not good enough at all.

The replacement lid is a little too…
The replacement lid is a little too tight, so you have to force it in, compared to the former which fit easily. Disappointing as speed and ease of service was good.

Good quality non-stick pan. The only downside is that it took rather long to arrive.

Reported a faulty pan
I reported a pan which was not as none stick as it should be after 4 years use. I sent photos of the pan and receipt of purchase. After a short time I was told that a new pan was on the way. No fuss and dealt with professionly and efficiently. Very pleased.

The product is brilliant
The product is brilliant. Used to fry different things successfully and the surface feels tough even when I accidentally scraped a metal fork into it as I was serving. The finish looks like it will last a long time. Packaging was...unusual but effective in protecting the frying pan and did it's job. Very pleased overall!

Excellent quality
Fab, good quality frying pan. Being sceptical I actually “fried” an egg without any oil or butter and it worked, although if you like to flip the egg a small amount of oil would help. Good to know it’s also ovenproof.
So easy to clean which is a great plus.
