What a great product! Not cheap by any means but worth every penny when compared to the regular non-stick brands. Neverstick 3 by far the best choice.

It is a very good product but delivery was slow, about 2 weeks from order date and it arrived wrapped in cardboard, not a box with care guidelines as expected.

Item under lifetime guarantee
Had a 28 inch pan with lid. Unfortunately, the pan sprung a hairline crack where the bottom aluminium base joins the non/stick surround. The company was very understanding and customer focussed. As a gesture of goodwill they replaced both the items.

Although I had difficulty due to no mobile phone. I had to ask someone to take photos. The procedure was good. I think one should remember that not everyone has a mobile on a system work with. I did panic and wonder what would have happened if I did not get help. Because I got help the system worked well for me due to someone's help. Thank you for dealing with the problem.

Poor logistics and packaging
I ordered two baking trays. Firstly, they only sent one of the two trays - to their credit, customer service was quick in sending out the second when I contacted them. Secondly, each tray arrived in a huge box with ridiculous amounts of packaging, so having two lots of packaging made this a massively wasteful order and I wouldn’t come back again.

Great cookware
We put in a claim under easiglide lifetime guarantee. 2 saucepans of a set had thinning of the non stick. Sent photos of the pots and the receipt which also had 2 large easiglide pots on there. Easiglide replaced every item on the receipt! Wow what service! Fantastic cookware and company to deal with.
