This is the third tuning chip from E-bike tuning. I went for the Speedbox 3 for Bosch. Easy to fit and works a treat. Quick delivery with no dramas. Well pleased. One more bike to go so better save up.

The team was very responsive to support and help me operate the chip, yet it looks like the chip will not operate on my 3.0 vado engine.
Pretty disappointed as I initially checked the pear tune was the correct model but it doesn't work unfortunately. I will now wait for the future chip release

I initially had a problem installing your equipment but, through substantial perseverance, Dianne was able to assist greatly to enable me to make a successful installation.

The product was fine however was not made aware of the import duties and taxes that I would incur when ordering and having delivered to Canada. This would have changed my purchase decision as it added $85 for total delivery fees! That is almost half the cost of the product... Ouch!

Also the product would not work with my Bike. The ebiketuner support was not able to resolve this however when contacting the product manufacture they had the solution back to me the same day.

Bought Speedbox for my Trek Rail 5. The bike had already sparked excitement in me without your product. Your product is a game changer. I haven't been this excited about a bike since I was a kid. Amazing, amazing product. At a great price too. Cant wait for my brother to get one.

With my dyslexia I inadvertently ordered the incorrect item. Obtained return address and the swapped it for the correct item. With the minimum of faff.

Delivered very quickly. Really easy to install. Worked first time. the E-bike ran out of gears before the motor ran out of power assistance. Mega.

Excellent addition to the bike give you the flexibility to use it with full power or gradual decrease in mode. Much better than the stock sudden wall at 16 mph

I had occasion to purchase two VOLspeed 4 for my 2 Giant bikes. One was brand new and the chip, fitted easily and worked straight away without any problems.
Sadly the second bike which was a bit older and had a motor that had been serviced recently did not respond to the VOLspeed chip. It looks as if this may be a Giant software update problem.
ebiketuner said no problem, send it back and I paid for the upgrade to the Speedbox 3.0, so hopefully that will work.
Great customer service even though the chip did not seem compatible, this seller was willing to help and responded quickly to emails.
