Like any time you spend your money you should read the fine print and decide if thats the best way to use it. However sometimes your glasses are smudged and misread a fourth as a fifth, and this company's customer service was phenomenal! Not only did the order get filled immediately, as soon as I realized my mistake I got in touch with their customer service who responded equally as quick. When the edition of the textbook I needed wasn't available for general sale the customer service representative was able to reach out to the publishers to send me the edition of the textbook I actually needed. I was so impressed, honestly from purchasing the incorrect edition by mistake, to the representative resolving my issue by finding the correct edition and sending it to me at no additional charge took less than an hour!! I'm sincerely impressed and grateful and will start my search for necessary textbooks here next semester.
