All I can say is WOW! If anyone is thinking of going down the mortgage route, get onto Graham Davis in the douglas branch. From the start of our initial meeting to the very end, he was always on hand, always available and always willing to help and advise. He made the process so easy and comfortable and I really cannot fault EBS or Graham!

Wederom 2 bussen die gewoon niet komen opdagen! Gevolg....kind weer te laat op school! Wat een waardeloze maatschappij is dit!

hun bus stoelen zijn niet goed moet gecontroleerd worden door dergelijke instanties !! werkgever zeer hypocriet en na meerdere meldingen gemaakt te hebben moeten wij als werknemers alsnog door werken !! in verkeerde bus stoelen en verkeerde houding aan houden ...... hoe dan waarom wordt deze joodse werkgever niet onderzocht wat zij allemaal mensen wel niet aan doen !!! ik ben nu gehandicapt door mijn werkgever omdat hij na meerdere meldingen niks voor me betekent heeft en nu ik mijn lieveling baan niet kan uitvoeren omdat ik met klachten loop die maar niet overgaan , waarom word hier niet door dergelijke partij niet onderzoek naar gedaan wat hier in dit bedrijf wel allemaal misgaat en hoe werknemers behandeld worden en gehandeld wordt na een klacht !!!!

Proper guidance from Gabi helped me and my wife to arrange all documents and and without any tension we received the mortgage. We got the mortgage approval very fast because of the quick response and reply from Gabi.

EBS do not answer phones, the staff in the different branches are clueless, not helpful what so ever.
The worst service I have ever got from a building society. Stay clear unless you want to waste your time with unhelpful people. They email back saying they have no clue . Useless shower

I woul like to give a shout out and thank you to the lady chauffeur that drove the bus today on 19 of Feb 2025 from de Rijp to Amsterdam Centraal lijn 305. I stepped in the bus at 8:30 in Middenbeemster de Buurt as always on my way to work at Zuid. The chauffeur (blond lady) saw huge traffic jam before de IJtunnel and did the detour driving us to Noord where we could take a metro do Centraal/Zuid and therefor I (and I suppose many other passangers) was not late to work due to traffic and arrived at the same time as per usual at my office. This was very qick and smart action and i wanted to acknowledge that and say big thank you to this amazing woman!

EBS are simply not reliable for banking services. It real is a coin flip whether their debit card is going to work, of if their Authenticator app is going to work. If you like the idea of not having access to your money while abroad, or when you change phone, or any number of normal events, then EBS is just for you. If you want a functional, reliable online banking experience, then EBS are a painful train wreck.

Vandaag deed de chauffeur de deur dicht waardoor ik er tussen geplet werd. Deze achterlijke chauffeur zegt nog gaat is tussen de deur vandaan waarom ik zeg. Doe de deur is open mafkees. Vaker negeren ze ook de stop tekens.

Anyone going for a mortgage I wouldn’t pick the EBS it took me this long to give a review as I was so annoyed. 2020 with Covid I also was due to go on maternity leave and asked could we put our mortgage on hold for these months and we were told no never missed a payment in 12 years and also had a letter my my employee to say my job will be still there after the 9 months still said no when trying to live of the standard paternity package with a new baby and another two kids at home our only option was to ask to hold it but they wouldn’t. Even other banks were putting people mortgage on hold due to Covid and esb wouldn’t I had a genuine reason because of this we had to take out a loan to pay off our mortgage for the 9 months seriously hate this bank

I put todays date as it wouldn’t allow me to post and I think I should let people know what can happens after you have that mortgage with them

Niet te vertrouwen maatschappij veel diensten vallen zomaar uit , echt heel slecht. Connecxtion moet terug was altijd keurig optijd.

Mooie elektrische bussen maar zeer slechte dienst. Bus 69 naar Krommenie komt maar nooit rond 15:00 tot 17:00 en ook wordt het nooit verwerkt in de vernieuwde app: #meerplus. Ik vind het zoo zielig voor de ouderen die bij de bushalte zitten elke dag rondje die tijd en hun maar denken dat de bus nog komt. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Ik mis bus connection. Vindt dit niet kunnen.

Als bus niet komt opdagen zet het tenminste op de app zodat mensen kunnen weten en andere weg kunnen plannen.

Wat een bagger bedrijf ritten vervallen om de haverklap en als je belt wordt je er 0,0 wijzer van.
Sommige mensen zijn afhankelijk van julie en zo kan je niet met mensen omgaan. Daarom is er zoveel agressie naar julie medewerkers. Misschien investeren in beteer personeel!!!!

altijd te laat zonder het in 9292 te zetten

Lange leve nieuwe busregeling vanwege tunnel naar Schiedam maar niet heus.
Ik ga 1x per week naar het medisch centrum in Brielle vanuit Rozenburg,heenreis geen probleem maar nu moet ik terug de bus naar Spijkenisse nemen om vervolgens weer andere bus te nemen naar Rozenburg. Normaal binnen 20 min thuis (Brielle-Rozenburg)
Nu ben ik 48 min onderweg Brielle-Spijkenisse-Rozenburg). Echt enorm balen dit. Meer reistijd en meer kosten.

Ik heb 20 minuten aan wachten bij Erasmusplein in Den Haag en ze rijden niet snel traag is Ebs als ik met HTM zo gaan ik ben al in die tijd thuis
