An eBuddy Representative telephoned me and offered to get me a better deal on my Gas and Electricity so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went with him. I am waiting to see how much if anything I have saved and what the projected forecast is. Hopefully, it will be better.

Normally, I put the telephone on cold calls. This time, the lady the other end did not sound like the many rogue callers we have. So, I listened and accepted her offer to save us money on our energy bills. She offered us a range of alternatives. We chose the one that best suited us and the transfer to the new providers has gone smoothly and is saving us money. I appreciated the follow-up call from the manager.
