Bought 2electric cars from here for my granddaughters for Xmas. 1of them smells like it is burning when being used and also doesn't charge properly. Have sent numerous emails but they can't be bothered to respond. Once they have your money they couldn't care less

poorly made kids table and chairs first the table was made wrog which was replaced but should of been tested before put out for people to purchase and now its not even been 1 month and the chair legs are breaking off
weak product not a happy bunny at all

Bought my daughter a Audi Q8 from Yeti toys for Christmas, I was originally dissapointed as the parental control did not connect with the car but after contacting them directially via email, they got back in touch almost immediately, apologised for the issue and dealt with it right away even over the busy period of Christmas day and boxing day. They got in touch with the suppliers of the car and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, needless to say I had the replacement part delivered to my door within 3 days. Fantastic customer service and definitely a small independent company I will be buying from again.

Ordered a dolls house on Wednesday night was delivered Friday morning. On starting to assemble on Saturday found we were a piece missing.
I Immediately started conversation with Yeti Toys. Customer service absolutely excellent. Answered via messenger straight away. Couldn't be dealt with properly until Monday but they kept me updated continually and new piece arrived on Tuesday. Dolls house all put together and is lovely. But it has been Yeti customer service which has impressed me. A week before Christmas and in this difficult time the Country is in more companies could learn a lot from Yeti. Thank you

I recently contacted Yeti Toys for assistance in purchasing a ride on for my children for Christmas. I wasn’t expecting the knowledge and support I got. They clearly understood the products they had and helped answer all the little questions I had (no matter how silly they seemed).

Ordered a wooden doll house as a Christmas present. Contacted the company direct, and they were very helpful advising on their range, and letting me know a delivery estimate before Christmas. They were incredibly friendly, and really helpful as I wasn't sure which model to order. Great value for money and excellent customer service.
