Eclipse Cycling Avis 

I made several design changes during the process with the assistance of the Eclipse team. This, and a production delay, jeopardized my deadline, but they were able to send the delivery at amazing speed and the jerseys arrived just before I departed with the load, to meet my team for the ride. They were thrilled with the result and quality. I am already looking forward to my next order!

The only people i have found that believe the color in what i received is represented in the final order are the people from Eclipse. The final order has no color codes and is not very clear when it comes to the correct colors. I ordered a matching shirt and Bib set, the shirt came as expected, the bid came in a silver rather than black. I have shown numerous people the final order and the received product, no one picked the bib to match the color supplied. With out color codes it is impossible to tell the difference. I am part of a social riding team that is looking to have some team kits made up, we will not use Eclipse Cycling

This is the second time I have ordered from Eclipse Cycling. The design and ordering process is pretty easy. If you pick images that are not of adequate quality, the representative will let you know so you can find a better one. Some personal knowledge of PhotoShop or some other image editing software is helpful so you can provide them with the best image possible.

The jerseys are of good quality and the bib shorts have a nice thick and what seems to be a good quality pad. Good fitting and comfortable seams and cuffs. Zippers function well and seem to be of good quality as well.

One tip, if you are designing your own jersey and/or shorts, look for the Eclipse Cycling logos on their web site and add them in for discounted pricing on your kit. I didn't find out about this until near the end of the process, so I was only able to add the logo to the jerseys, but I still got somewhat of a discount, just not as much as I would have if I had it on the shorts as well.

Purchased the jersey, customer service was great and jersey was really cool. Would definitely order again!

Ordered 13 tops for a charity bike ride. Left it a bit late to order when looking at the delivery times etc but still ordered and received the tops in time. Good quality and the logos looked really good. Dealt with Max who gave me regular updates and responded to my queries promptly. Would use again and will recommend to friends who are doing organised bike rides.

The process of ordering involved a lot of back and forth as they made sure that the design was what I wanted. Although this is a good idea, a lot of time was wasted. I actually had to request to pay for it to get the order going. Then, I did not hear from them for over a month. When I inquired as to the status of the order, I was told that it had been sent out and returned to the company because "my country" turned it away. At that moment, I received confirmation that it was being sent out and I was given a tracking number to follow the DHL delivery.
I am not impressed with the service, but the product seems fine. The material is thin and not of the same quality of other jerseys, but for the price, it is fine.

I am absolutely delighted with the quality of my product. I wanted my own company branding on my kit and the team at eclipse didnt let me down, it looks amazing.

I though the material would be better quality and the length of time to receive the shipment is excessive.

I ordered a couple of tops to try these out before placing a larger order. The web site is easy and fun to use - although it might be nice if you could save your designs to return to later - and there are a lot of different design options. Making the garment fully custom via the upload of images etc is really easy.

After the initial design is submitted a proper version is created by the Eclipse staff who correct any slight mis-placement or mis-sizing of the images that are uploaded. So even if you have limited artistic ability yourself you end up with a very well finished design.

Items arrived in good time and international tracking meant I knew when to expect them.

So this was a test purchase before a larger order was placed - and on the basis of this initial order we will definitely be going ahead and ordering more. This is a great way of getting custom kit at a very good price for your club.

We ordered only 4 specialty jerseys for a race team. Our design was original and complicated but it was not a problem to make only 4 items. Quality of the garment was great as was the price. Their are three things to take into consideration when ordering. We ordered two months before our event and it took 6 weeks to get our order after we were done with the design process. This got me nervous but they delivered on time. The sizes run smaller than normal especially the higher up in sizing you go. For instance the mediums we ordered fit snuggly on all the thin riders, the 3x I ordered for myself that should have been big fit more like a 1x so I had to have it altered at a tailor. The last bit of info to consider is to order darker than you think you need with the colors or highlight in black your lettering. The colors are not as bright as they appear on the computer. I know I should have taken this into consideration but forgot. This is a great company to work with as long as you keep the above info in mind.

I am not happy with my purchase. The thermal bib pants is our of the sizing specs, The legs is too narrow that I cannot even put it on, the bib shorts is too short for men's size, I notice it has a tag of female size - large, so i wonder if they just swap it because i ordered medium. how can I return and exchange. Thanks

The designing process was extremely simple and straight forward. I communicated a few times with the staff regarding logo sizes and quickly resolved the issues that were related to the small logo size I initially tried to use. Once I placed the order, I expected to wait about 16-17 working days before I received any shipping information. I placed my order on 7/20 and didn't receive any shipping information until 9/2, 31 business days later. I emailed them 2-3 times for an order status update, but never received one until the shipping email arrived. Once the order shipped, I had the jersey about 4-5 days later. The jersey turned out great, I couldn't be more pleased. I do think the size runs a little smaller than my other jerseys, I think I read on their Facebook page that they have been moving printing facilities or something like that, so if that's the case, it could account for the extra time processing the order, but I feel like a response to my emails was justified. I will use them again in the future. I can't find anywhere else to get a custom one-off jersey delivered for around $40.

Wonderful product with very user friendly design software. Communication was excellent however final service and delivery was quite slow. The quality of the product was excellent, providing great support and comfort.

I would definitely use this service again.

great job design exactly what i wanted and sent it really fast kept good contact with me the whole time! i will be ordering more from them!!

My first order was for 1 XL Bib Short and 1 XL Shirt of my design. Bib Short and Shirt duly arrived with the wrong graphic image on the centre back of the Shirt. There was a small inconsequential smudge of the printing on one leg of the Bib Short.
The second order was a repeat order for 2 XL Bib Short and 2 XL Shirt of my design. The graphic images were all correct and no printing errors / smudges were detected.
The 2 Shirts are different from the first order: The Shirts are completely made of the perforated material that was only used in the Side Panels of the first order Shirt. The material used for the Front, Back, Sleeve, and Collar panels on the first shirt was not used on the 2 new shirts.
The second order Bib Short and Shirt are at least 2 sizes larger than the first order, despite all items having the "XL" tag sewn into them.
I am not confident of ordering any further items given this inconsistency in design and production.

I first ordered my cycling kits from Eclipse Cycling, then subsequent orders were from Purple Moon Custom. The last cycling kits were provided using different materials from the first two orders. The only complaint is that the leg grippers do not appear to be as good as the material on the first two orders. The sizing also appears to be a little off from the first two orders as well. The jersey fits a little tighter while the bib shorts are definitely a little less snug.

I waited for a month after I placed the order before contacting them to inquire as to how much longer I would have to wait. I received my last two cycling kits within a week after that communication. Still, it would be nice if I were to be able to place the order and receive my cycling kits within one month.

That being said, the quality is excellent, especially the artwork. They can take artwork in any one of a variety of formats and render it with true professional quality. I am very pleased with the resulting cycling kits, as they are all my own custom designs.

It was so easy to order online and I was able to keep an eye on it to see what stage my order was at. The pictures were a great help to get an idea of the finished item, I didn't design them so not sure how easy or hard that was, someone from the cycle club had that pleasure.
The turn around for completion and receipt of the clothing was really good, just over three weeks. Most impressive.
I have worn both sets now many times and they fit well, are comfortable and look really smart.
The padding in the bibs is very good, a lot thicker than some which make the ride more comfortable.

I use Eclipse Cycling to fabricate custom winner's jerseys for the Ithaca Grand Prix of Cyclocross in Ithaca, Michigan (USA). This is now the second year I have supplied jerseys to the elite men and elite women's winners, and they are a HUGE hit.

The fabric quality is very good, the full zipper is strong, and the fit is a good race fit (slightly smaller than most jerseys produced or ordered in the U.S.). The printing quality is satisfactory; I only had one issue and it was QUICKLY resolved by the staff at Eclipse.

I will continue to use their services and always recommend them to my colleagues.

When they say that it takes a long time. They are not lying. I haven't been the most patient person. I'm your typical consumer, once I pay for something I want instant gratification.

With that said the materials and the seams appear to be of a good quality.

I've purchased cycling shirts for my wife and she wears a medium size. Because this was a custom piece, I made a decision to go up a size. That was a smart decision , because it fits perfectly. So it may just be me, but the size may run a bit smaller. So go up a size.

As for communication, it's like a message board. You'll receive an email and you submit your questions and wait. Sometimes they take a few days to respond.

The price was great! I plan on buying from them again in the future. Now that I know what to expect.
