Times quoted were kept to, everything arrived well packaged. quality of materials good. sizing was spot on.

Personalised cycling top was designed in April, design finalised on 27/4/2013, but then apparently due to a split with their supplier, there was a delay on my cycling top being started to be made on the 9th May. I was not told of this delay until I emailed asking for an update. It was only 13/7/2013 that my top was finally finished and despatched which is over 8 weeks to get it made, plus the delay.
When the product arrived I was very disappointed with it's quality, the logos are very pale and the colours appear washed out (despite sending colours in both RGB and CMYK formats), the logos aren't where they were supposed to be on the design (sleeve logos 1 inch too high, collar logo too big) and it generally just looks really cheap.

I cvould not be more pleased with my completely customized bike jersey! Eclipse Cycling did an amazing job, producing the exact jersey I wanted. I was worried that it might ot arrive in time for my event because I ordered laste. But they came through and even with shipping from hina to the US, I was able to get it with plenty of time to spare. The jersey colors are true to what's in their design tool and the materials and construction are comfortable and durable. And I still can't believe how inexpensive it was to make just one with no minimums.

Ordered my shirts on 4/22/13 and received them on 7/15/13. (12 weeks) Quality of shirts are good. Color matching was not good. My shirt colors were suppose to be Orange, Black and White, I received Yellow Black and White. Not being able to speak with someone on the phone was a problem for me. If you need delivery in a timely manner and color matching for your brand, Do Not Order from these guys.

The quality of the printing on the jerseys is top rate and the design process easy. The sizing comes up really, really small compared to what their chart says, particularly on the ladies jerseys.

Customer service very helpful and good at communicating, and also great with the design. The quality of the jerseys and shorts are good. The only problem is one of the jersey's was a "Woman- Size Large", and it defintely is not a size large - more like a small, possibly a medium. I know cycling clothes are tough to fit properly and tend to be tight, but this was way off - something went wrong, and it's now going to have to be used by my daughter, who is in 5th grade.

The jersey came out looking just like I expected and had great quality. The price is great. The sizing is tricky so make sure you use the sizing chart to find your size. The sizes appear to be about 1 size smaller when compared to what I usually by in the US. The back pockets sit a little bit higher than other jerseys, but it will not stop me from ordering from them again!!

Wrong font was used on the top type. This is inexcusably bad, since the correct font (which was the SAME font) was used directly below. Shoddy pre-printing work by their staff resulted in my design being mangled. Not being able to see any production proofs resulted in me receiving an inferior product.

The jersey itself is fine (although relative to every other jersey I own it runs at LEAST a size and a half to two sizes small), but since the design of the artworks was botched so badly, I doubt I'll be using their service again.

If could get my money back, I would. I paid for cheap, and got....just that. cheap, and poorly implemented. However, since this was a test run with Eclipse, and I have a year to shop for a new jesey shop, I'm not terribly worried about next years team.

For what it's worth, service prior to me receiving product was perfectly acceptable.

After an initial pause as the company had stopped taking orders for a period, when my order was taken the whole process took less than they had predicted. Around 3 weeks in total. The jersey arrived and the quality is good, the fit is as per their measurements...I measured medium, ordered medium and it fits correctly. The only quibble I have is the colour is not quite the colour I had ordered...I ordered the darkest green on the colour template - a bottle green/british racing green - but my jersey arrived more like an olive green/dark khaki...I like it, it's a good colour just not quite the same as I'd hoped for...so consider that the calibration of the colour template, your eyes and their production machinery might affect your order. That said, I'm happy with the jersey and will be ordering more in the future....

Easy to order my 2nd jersey and bib kit. The process was much faster the second time around. Shipping was just a few days.

Great quality for the price. I love the no minimums. Will be a return customer for sure!

I had to wait for about 8 weeks to get my uniform. Your website said that the order will be shipped within 5 - 15 days. That's not true at all.

The size chart are not true to size either. It's vary from order to order.

very good product for the price that you pay. they do a great job on the art work and designs . only draw back is they take a little too long to process and ship the order, but they seem to be getting better.
i will order more from this company. but if in a hurry, i would recommend to place your order several weeks in advance .

I felt your customer service left much to be desired and the trapping was severely off (what program are you using with vector art?). That said, for the money it was a quality job. I would order again but give them a flattened file with no hidden layers. Handle color trapping on your own,

We are unable to receive our purchase as we are away on vacation. Tracking shows that you attempted to deliver on July 2, 2013, but it does not indicate if you left the package or if there is a number to call to provide further instructions.

We cannot be home waiting for the package to be delivered, so please leave it at the front door.

Returning shopper. I am very pleased with the products once again. I noticed the zipper has changed from ykz to different style, everything else looks the same. I plan to order a few more kits this month.

First order arrived late, but was complete. Second order was extremely late and incomplete. Third order, which was supposed to fix the second, was shipped to wrong country and PurpleMoon refused to authorize additional cost to ship correctly (correct address was always listed and was "acceptable" for first two shipments). I have statement that they will refund purchase amount, but I have not seen my refund. The quality of the clothing was sufficient for the cost, but the shipping delays and lack of customer support are not good enough. Spend the little extra to work with a company that is consistently loyal and competent for the customer.
