I designed my shirt online and after several re-works (the lady was very patient with me), I agreed the finalised design and duly paid. The shirt took approximately 6 weeks to arrive which is very acceptable given it was manufactured in China and then despatched. I tracked the order online and was astounded that after landing in the UK at 09:55 on the Monday to find it was at my office by 08;45 the following morning!!

Can't wait to wear it with pride during the Ride London 100 in August!!

The pricing and no minimums are what drew me to the company. However, as the old saying goes, "if its too good to be true, it probably is" is absolutely the case. Getting the design write was too long and tedious. When it came time to order, the sizing chart is awful.
When the jerseys arrived, the graphics looked good, but the overall fit is poor. The sleeves are far too tight for everyone who tried them on. The shoulders are not comfortable - my guess is that the shoulders are based on the same super small arms. I'll wear it for the event, but then likely relegate it to the back of my closet or to some kids just starting to ride.

I am very pleased with the product. The only issue is that the sleeves are a bit too tight, more so than any other bicycle jersey I have purchased. The graphic colors came out perfect. Delivery was just as estimated when I placed the order. And this is the only place I could order just three custom jerseys. Assistance with designing the jerseys was outstanding. You cannot beat the price. This is an excellent value.

I was very skeptical in fact some of my friends wouldn't order a bibs because they were nervous about the chamois being cheap. When I received the product I was very pleased with the quality of the material and the chamois. The one complaint is the white material is semitransparent and I put white in a location I would prefer to not see through but oh well. I will definitely order products again and recommend it to my friends.

I'll keep this short. I designed a jersey for my sister-in-law, thinking that it probably wouldn't be the most high-quality thing in the world, but that it would be a good gift idea and well received.

The product took a long time to make, but the process of creating, designing, and paying was seamless. Ultimately, I found out that the item was going to be made overseas, but because the communication was so over-the-top, I thought it was worth the shot.

In the end, the product took about 6 weeks to receive in the mail and it was PERFECT. The quality was top-notch, the design and quality of print was amazing, and my sister-in-law was pumped, to say the least. I will definitely buy again from this company as they have proven themselves, beyond the shadow of a doubt.

2 months to deliver, the top is far too small, either the sizing's wrong, or every other jersey I've bought it wrong.

A 30% refund is a nice offer if I send it back to China, (which is going to cost me £15 on a £30 jersey), but then I have to pay more postage if I want a replacement?

Ridiculous, poor contact, go elsewhere.

After waiting 2 months for our jersey to arrive, the jersey that we received were very flawed. All the lettering were backwards. How can an employee not see this huge mistake. I was disgusted! The good news was I received my refund, even though it took 7 days. Not recommending this company!

Very simple to use website - Communication is great with updates received at each step. The shirt I received was of excellent quality with the design and colouring as true as you could get. I order a jersey almost 2 months ago I just received it. The company failed to notify me that the jersey was going to take longer to deliver. I don't think I will buy another cycling jersey from this company again.

The Jerseys I ordered are great. I needed a small order filled. I was treated professionally every step of the way. The material used is excellent. The sizing was spot on. Thank you.

I ordered 7 cycle kits during Feb - April 2013 and have received all of them by the 25th of May. Delivery ranged from 47 days to 61 days.
The price was excellent. Quality of jersey is pretty good and quality of shorts are ordinary but acceptable given the price.
I was disappointed that the 7 kits I received did not include the most updated MS and Brissie to the Bay logos on the rear of the jersey even though the ticket showed them.
The sizing chart is very confusing and did not match up to reality.
I was unable to order cycle kit for 2 of my team members who are too large for your sizing chart.

My second order of my second design. No issues with any of the seven different pieces of gear, and those I bought earlier this year still hold up and look great even after probably 30 washes and over a thousand miles. I only bought more so early because friends wanted them, and now I've almost got enough new requests to order a third batch.
Eclipse Cycling provides a simple way to try your hand at designing your own bike jersey and the cost is low enough that if you aren't good at it you won't be out much or you can try again.

The bike jerseys we ordered arrived about a month late! One of the major reasons I ordered the jerseys was for a biking event I participated in. I represented my employer at this race, and they paid for my registration and everything. The jerseys have my companie's logo, web address, and four other sponsors on them. The jerseys should have been in at least a week before the event. We just go them last week, over a month late!!!! That was extremely disappointing. So, everyone that sponsored me was let down, because I had no way to represent them at the event. However, the jerseys did look good, and we are pleased with the quality. They do run small. I wear a small jersey in other brands, and they run a little roomy on me. So, I ordered a small on this as well, but it was very snug, and it's pretty short.

I always question what quality will be like when I order from overseas off a website.
But I am REALLY impressed with the quality of the jerseys that arrived last week.

The jerseys were AMAZING when they arrived. I will be ordering more. The quality and value is outstanding. Unfortunately it took two months to receive them. Quicker turnaround is my only gripe.

I've purchased 2 cycling kits (jersey + bib overalls) from Eclipse Cycling in the past 2 years. The kits are of the same quality that I would find at a local cycling shop here in Chicago. The price however was about 1/2 of what it would be locally. The delivery from China to the US for only $12 was affordable and speedy (3 weeks) when considering the cost and distance travelled. I've received numerous compliments on both and have recommended Eclipse to others.
