Would highly recommend eclipse nursery, staff were very friendly and helpful when having a look around there store. We purchased our tripp trapp and rocking chair online and it was shipped straight away, arriving 2 days later!

Horrible return policy
The worse customer service ever. I waited for the item over two weeks because the delivery company they work with,mist placed the item. After all this I decided to return the item and they said they cannot take it back because they see I ansamble it (a high chair) so they send it back to me…so stupid !

I have looked into your order and can confirm that after you reached out to us to enquire about the delivery of your parcel, we contacted Parcel Force, who, in turn, looked into this, and the parcel was delivered within 48 hours after your initial contact. We rarely experience any delays from any of our couriers, but this can happen from time to time, and in this case was resolved swiftly.
On the day that you received the item, you followed up to advise us that you wished to return the item, which is well within your rights, as we accept returns within 28 days, in their original condition, and packaging, as advised within our terms and conditions listed on our website, and also stated within the returns email that was sent to you with the procedure and address for the return.
You processed the shipping of the parcel 10 days after you initially advised of your intentions to return the item, which is fine, as this is within the returns window.
However, once we received the parcel back, we could see that the item was not in its original condition or packaging, and was in fact shipped in another box, covered in amazon labels for another item/colour different form the original, with these shipping labels displaying dates going back more than 2 years, on a box for an item/colour that has been discontinued for more than a year.
Upon receipt of the parcel back, we notified you immediately that this did not meet our returns policy. Your reply to simply stick different labels on the box, as no customers will care what box the item is sent in, is simply not how we operate, and we would personally find this unacceptable from a consumer perspective.
It is disappointing to read this review, as we asked that you leave this with us for a day, so that we could come back to you with a resolution, to look into the possibility of the original supplier, being able to supply us with some original packaging, so that we could at least repackage the item for sale within our shop outlet, as all parts of the returned product, appear to be in an unused and unmarked condition despite having been assembled. Unfortunately, you didn't extend this courtesy to us and proceeded to leave this review.
I would like to add that your emails and chat conversions have been unnecessarily rude, and having read the multiple reviews that you have left on Trustpilot for other businesses(all of which are 1 star at the time of writing this reply), the tone and content of your reviews, speak for themselves, and are not constructive in any way, to enable a business to make relevant improvements or changes to the services that they provide.
After being able to speak with the supplier of the item you purchased, I can confirm that they will be able to supply us with the relevant boxes and packaging to repackage the item, and we, in turn, will be able to clear it in a respectable condition through our shop outlet.
I can also confirm that a refund for the item is being processed.

I have purchased a few items from car seats to gifts from Eclipse Nursery store in Ballymena both in store & online. The girls in store are so friendly & very helpful.
Great range of items in store & staff more than happy to give you a demo anytime.
Highly recommend Eclipse Nursery Store for all your little ones needs! Its the first shop I go to for any baby/toddler needs or gifts!

The quality of the product I purchased was lovely, the speed of delivery was next day without paying next day delivery fees and the fact the item was cheaper than other places I would highly recommend and would rate them as an A******* ....so happy with the service I recieved I would be using you again.

Helpful and informative staff
Caroline was very helpful and informative in showing us the different types of prams available. She was very encouraging for us to try out the prams to appreciate the differences. Lots of bundles and offers available in store, and the option to pay off prior to delivery date is also an added bonus.

Worth the trip
Lindsey was well worth the 120 mile round trip to Eclipse. She was friendly, knowledgeable and gave honest advice on what we needed for our first baby! The staff are all lovely and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
