Eco adventure safaris, a very highly service-minded professional company, specifically Patrick is very quick to respond to all enquiries both on e-mails and voicecalls as well as WhatsApp.
Though I made orders from abroad and paid upfront in dollars 6 months before my arrival they always reassured me of my booking and great cancellation policy.
I was so surpirised that phones are attended to 24/7 with notable smiles in the voices you hear, which really saved my family's start of holidays as we arrived to our destination in the night and lost direction in the forest but was safely guided by Patrick and rest of Eco Adventure crew to the door. The destination in Kibale national park was in a lovely cottage far beyond our expectation as we expected a tent camping in litteral sense but this was a kind of five star camp place with extremely comfortable beds and quality bathrooms. We even got room service free of charge. Meals were on time and staff were very kind and chatty and they always shared contagious smiles that made one feel so welcome and at home.

Eco adventure Safaris made this possible for us. It is a very trustworthy company indeed. Highly recommended for any Safari tours in Uganda. I'll definitely book more of my safari tours thru them in future.

It was very hard to choose who to go with but I read the reviews on Eco Adventures and they had a great price. Patrick was so great at communication and I never had to wait long for him to answer me. The whole process was fast and friendly and very professional. Our guide Godfey met us at the airport and we couldn't ask for a friendlier person! We ended up asking him thousands of questions about his culture and he answered all of them. It was so educational. He was also really good at letting us know what to expect for the tour. The gorilla trek was amazing and the guides and porters were so helpful. We stayed at the Rushaga Mountain Gorilla Lodge in Uganda but we didn't spend much time there. We really liked the rooms and the food was good (but again we just spent the night and left really early). Rwanda accommodations they chose for us were fantastic (DaVinci Lodge). Fireplaces in the common area, outside, in the rooms, and hot water bottles in the bed! Excellent food and the room was fantastic. Would totally stay there again. I gave Patrick a list of all the things I was hoping to accomplish in a very short time and Godfrey was really great about helping us fit everything in. I would totally recommend this company!

Amazing sunsets, beautiful views and amazingly close to the animals. We learned a lot from pur guide. Didn't see all the animals but so many and from really close. Can recommend :)

I had a great time in Uganda and seeing the gorillas. I recommend the guide Agaba (young, fluent in english, smart and helpful)

They are prompt, flexible, and trustworthy communicators, accept credit cards, and matched the price of a cheaper outfit with fewer (albeit good) reviews. And, with a little negotiation, tacked on more experiences at what was probably nearly cost for them. With me paying the permit fees. And the one time where we miscommunicated (Can you tell I'm a bit wordy ;) my driver/guide used his familiarity with the park and personnel to get the experience for me on the fly. With me paying afterwards.

Also, I had said budget bottom dollar anything short of directly on the ground or even that if there was a pad. To me what we had was gorgeous and luxurious. At a rock bottom price.

We did a quick fly in 3 day gorilla trek from Kampala! Patrick was wonderful in planning everything to our specific details and our drivers and guides were wonderful and always willing to help! He even made sure we could pay with credit cards. The short flights really helped us maximize our time in Bwindi and Patrick checked in on us throughout the weekend to ensure everything was going smoothly. It was an unforgettable trip with an amazing time spent with a gorilla family on the hike. Highly recommend Eco Adventure Safaris!!!

We had a fantastic time during our 5 day tour of Rwanda! Patrick was very accommodating with our itinerary and was able to customize the tour based on our needs. Our tour guide, Elias, was super knowledgeable and gave lots of detailed info on the animals and also Rwandan culture, including language tips! He was also able to arrange some day-of requests, including visiting the Gorilla Guardian village and seeing the Kimironko market. Overall, we felt pampered and safe during the trip; all the accommodations were incredible, given lots of delicious food and we had an incredible experience.

My 3 day Safari I’m Masai Mara was amazing! As a solo traveler I felt safe. My driver was friendly and very accommodating. I truly had a fabulous time

Wir hatten einen Tagestrip von Kigali zum Mgahinga N.P. zu den Gorillas gebucht. Schon die Kommunikation vorher lief einwandfrei, sofort Antwort auf alle Fragen ohne ewige Wartezeit. Auch die Tour klappte ohne Probleme, pünktlich abgeholt im Hotel in Kigali, gute Vorbereitung für den Trip und ein wunderschönes Erlebnis mit den Gorillas. Wir sind sehr glücklich, herzlichen Dank an Euch !!!

There's simply nothing like getting close to the gorillas. More than worth it! Fun ride up and back.

We did a 2-day return trip from Kigali to Bwindi to see the beautiful mountain gorillas in Uganda. We had some flight delays and Patrick was extremely responsive and amazing working around our delays. Godfrey was our guide, and he was amazing. He is very calm, knowledgeable, and fun. Although our trip to Rwanda and Uganda was quick, we feel like we had a good "taste" of these countries and it has left us wanting to return soon. The Gorilla trek was an experience of a lifetime and we found the people of these countries were lovely, warm and kind. So thrilled we fit in this excursion on our way to South Africa from Canada. Please don't ever hesitate to book with Eco Adventure Safaris. Food, accommodation and experience were all a 10/10, they go above and beyond and the value was exceptional.

Easily a trip at the top of my list for an amazing adventure! Hanging out with the the Silverback Gorillas in Uganda was an experience of a lifetime! Eco Adventure Safaris knows how to do it right! From the very start with communication, Patrick was always available even with the time difference between Uganda and the USA. The genuine hospitality offered by our guide, Godfrey, was exemplary! From the moment he picked me up and dropped me off (5 days), he was gracious, professional and full of information about the culture, the Gorilla Trek, the community and local factoids. It was their desire to make this Gorilla Trek perfect in every way and a lasting memory. Oh, and it was my birthday! The decorations, the cake and singing probably topped any celebration I have ever had! Many thanks for that!

As a person who works in tourism, I have to say that Eco Adventure Safaris is an extremely professional company and it was more than a pleasure for us (two couples) to visit Uganda with their support. Since the first contact we made, it was without any problem at all. Swift communication at any time I needed to discuss something, not to mention their really friendly approach. I felt comfortable without any stress before arrival because I knew that it will be an amazing journey. And I was right. Silas (our tour leader and driver) was waiting for us at the airport and then he accompanied us for 8 days in wonderful Uganda. Each hotel was perfect and the services as well as meals were above my expectation. I can only say that Patrik from Eco Adventure Safari thought about every detail of our trip and I am really thankful for that. So if you are thinking about whether to leave your holiday to these guys, go for it. You won't regret it ;) Once again, a huge thank you belongs to Patrick and Silas. The staff of the actual company were fantastic. From the booking process (Patrick was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful) to the driver (Abdul, who was professional, punctual, friendly, and always went above and beyond for us), we were very well taken care of. The lodges and tours were also really great. Lodges were extremely comfortable with the absolute best food. We were stuffed for all 5 days :) of course, the tours were the best part. The gorilla tour was outstanding. We got to safely enjoy a wild animal in their natural habitat, without feeling like the animal was being exploited or mistreated. And the gorillas are just the absolute coolest! We really really enjoyed our time in Bwindi. Overall, I can safely recommend this company for your time in Uganda. They will take good care of you!

We had a great experience booking our gorilla trek permits from Eco Adventure Safaris! We needed them relatively last minute (~9 days prior) and wanted to use credit card and they were able to provide both of those. Would recommend!

ECO ADVENTURE hat uns eine eindrückliche und schöne Reise über 12 Tage organisiert. Unser hervorragende Guide und Fahrer Alex Namaara hat uns von Kampala über den Südwesten hoch zu Adjumani geführt. Zu wunderschönen Landschaften, vielen Tieren und entlang von belebten Strassen. Unvergessen die Gorillas und Schimpansen, teilweise haben diese uns gestreift! Alle Lodges waren vorbildlich geführt, sauber und naturnah einfach. Am Albertsee sollte man unbedingt in der Nacht aufstehen, um das Glitzern der Lampen der vielen Fischer zu sehen.
