There was an unforeseen difficulty with the installation. This was overcome efficiently and effectively with no cost to myself. The installers did a good job. The system is up and running well. I would definitely recommend. David G

Great staff, at the door, rep, installers and in the office! No pressure sales but answered questions well. Office staff very helpful with the tech side of informing my solar FIT company, about getting a battery installed. Excellent company.

The addition of the storage battery and the new parallel panel connections have improved the performance of my solar array. The planning and information was accurate and just what we wanted. The fitters had all the parts and the fitting went as planned despite the torrential rainfall half way through the roof fittings. We hadn't expected a new inverter system which has taken a few days to get used to the new monitoring system but is now easy to use. In addition we can set the battery to charge up in the morning cheap rate before the heat pump kicks in. A win win situation.

Overall good experience with ecobright! The 5kw battery is working as it should be and we have received the schematic we requested within 2 hours. Will use this company again.

I am not new to Solar, our original installation was fitted 2012 and has served us well!
Sine 2012 there been countless calls from companies trying to sell their services which I have declined, until the most recent which was from EcoBright Energy group! There service was to carry out a survey of our existing installation, to determine all of the functions were operating to the maximum.
We arranged a suitable date for their operative to call to carry out the survey. Their sales member/engineer called a couple of days later, Andy Swift, Andy was oozing confidence and knowledge. So we proceeded for Andy's proposals to be installed.
This required scaffolding, for them to check each panel, clean the surface, and convert the existing installation (21 panels)wired in series to the inverter, to an optimised connecter to each panel connected to a new inverter. The scaffolding was installed in two days with the installers calling the next day, and boy was it cold! They went about their work regardless, they were brilliant! All panels cleaned, optimisers fitted along with the new Solar Edge inverter. They cleaned up and we were connected up and running.
Why had I not had this done earlier, because I had not heard of EcoBright!! I now have a system that provides me with better generation, monitoring of each individual panel performance, which they also monitor on my behalf . And great the scaffolding was removed the next day. All in all a great investment Well done EcoBright, the 2 installers, Andy & Jack.

Rees and H worked continuously in a most professional manner. After the installation was completed, Rees explained how its all worked and helped me to access the AlphaESS App in order to monitor the battery working. They then cleaned up before they left.
Would definitely recommend.

The engineer arrived earlier than I had been told which was good. He was very polite and got on with the installation of a new inverter and two batteries. He completed the work in 3 hours and then sat down with my wife and set up the technical stuff on my wife's mobile phone. It is easy to understand the information and it showed that we were immediately exporting energy back to the National Grid. He put all the waste bits of cable etc in one of the boxes and I told him that I would take the boxes to be recycled, although he said he would have done that if I'd wanted him to.

Decent company, the system was put in and it’s going well so far...

After doing our homework Eco Bright offered a competitive price and provided the information for us to make the right choices. Very happy with the outcome.
