We have just ahd a heat pump and full central heating system put in by Regen. We had a quote and 2 weeks later the work was started. It has taken 3 days and the team worked so hard and were really helpful aking it as easiest as possible. The team were Rob Charlie Paul Olly Andrew and Jim they all worked so well together and did a fantastic job. We are so pleased that we are now going to have solar panels fitted by Regen renewables next week . 5 stars foe every thing.

My wife and I have just had an Air Source Heater installed in our old, cold, but delightfully appointed, period home. Regen Renewables Ltd stood out from the crowd from the moment Kyle stepped through the door. He was followed by Daniel, and the most detailed of surveys, took place, concluding with the production of a room-by-room Heat Loss Report. The quality and detail of this report enabled us to make well-informed decisions, giving us confidence that our substantial financial investment would be well worth it. Regen were duly appointed and ten days later the installation commenced with the arrival of Charlie, Paul and Rob, who worked diligently through the first day, swapping radiators, preparing pipework along with a myriad of other tasks, all planned and agreed with us in advance. On day two, they were augmented by the presence of Andrew, the electrician and Hugo who provided back-up. The installation was completed, commissioned and handed over to us, with verbal overview and written operational manuals by 6pm on day 2. At all times, they were good humoured, considerate towards us, happy to answer questions and replaced in situ, everything that had to be moved to allow the work to proceed. All the time, Hannah was back in the office, organising and dealing with the admin. Our old house came alive with the sound of conversation, activity and a general air of good humour throughout. It's quiet again now. All is working well. Come on winter, do your worst! Regen Renewables Ltd. have done a superb job for us. They will do one for you too.

The lads and I have to name them: Rob, Charlie, Olly, Jim and Christos, fitted my heat pump in two days. Excellent installation of a heat pump and five radiators. All done and tidied up in two days. A smashing bunch of lads. Big shout out to Andrew, Callum, Khurram, Paul and Rob.

Had samsung 8kw air source boiler and hot water tank installed with the majority of radiators (most 40 years old) replaced over two days. Team of installers were very professional knowledgeable and friendly 👏 👌. So would give a five star review to Rob, Charlie, Jim, Olly and Paul !

Would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Regen for such a great customer experience. Despite the heat and uncomfortable conditions the team never stopped working. Rob, Charlie and Jim arrived on time and got straight to work. The components arrived when expected and the whole process flowed without a hitch (that I was aware of!). These lads were cheerful, polite, respectful and took the time to explain what was happening every step of the way.
My contact with the office- Eliott, Dan, Hannah and Ashleigh was helpful and friendly - definitely everyone went above and beyond.
I will recommend Regen without hesitation. I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. A week later and the system has been running perfectly. Thanks again everyone.

From the first visit by Ben the salesman to completion of installation of Air Sourse heating (Rob and his team) and Solar panels, the Regen team have been very professional, and most helpful in all areas.

Had a air source heat pump installed today - absolutely brilliant service from Callum, Chris, Oliver, Ben, Rob, Paul, Charlie and Jimmy. Really personable chaps, work completed to a really high standard and so tidy! Highly recommended.

We’ve recently had solar panels installed by Linton and Chris. They both worked really hard and were very polite and friendly. When there were issues, they discussed options with us to ensure we were happy with the outcome.

What started as a cold call (I don't do cold calls) has ended up with 19 Solar inverter & Battery being fitted to our home. Richard was really good, not pushy at all, gave us the facts and told us to think about it and let him know. I then did my internet searches on the company, spoke to friends who have solar panels, also spoke to Richard with queries we had. We signed the dotted line, Jon came round to survey the roof all good. Yesterday Chris, Brandon & Linton from Regen arrived while the scaffolding was being erected Linton explained what their plan of action was during the day. We thought the whole team were professional, very tidy. All 3 worked really hard (it was such a hot day). Chris explained the App to us both. It was so nice to meet a group of men who obviously enjoy their job and the Company they work for.

The experience from start to finish was flawless. Having the initial meeting to subsequent more specialist assessment of our particular needs was really professional. The installation team, for the Air Source Heat Pump and the Solar Panels were both excellent. I do not say this lightly but probably the best workmen ever in our house. Clean, tidy, respectful, communicative, knowledgeable, professional and excellent standard of work. They explained what they were doing, what they had done and handed over so we understood how the system worked and what we would need to do if there was a problem. They also helped get the apps onto our phones.

After some initial confusion from discussions had at quotation / contract / survey stages, I can't fault the installation team. Chris and Linton were fantastic throughout. They were friendly and worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible, and would discuss any issues they encountered to explain what solutions were available and ask what best suited us. The install looks well done. Dale was also on hand during the installation process via telephone to discuss any concerns we had and try to resolve any difficulties. He was very helpful as well

I am stressed because the equipment wasn't installed in the correct way.
Trying to get someone to speak to me is a problem.

The only thing that let the company down was that the scaffolding team left the scaffolding up for 2 weeks and still not taken it down

It makes a wonderful change to work with such a friendly, efficient and professional company. Almost instantaneous replies to both phone calls and emails, nothing was to much trouble. Very enthusiastic about sustainable energy options and use of the best quality equipment. Always felt they had my best interest at heart.
Special thanks have to go to Linton and Chris, who did the installation, I think my kitchen was cleaner after they'd finished than when they arrived. Very polite, professional and friendly explaing everything as they went and finding good solutions to a few minor hiccoughs along the way. Also thanks to Harley and Dale and their support throughout the whole process.
