We had dealings with 7 different members of the Regen Renewable company, and each one was polite, courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they asked us throughout the work, if anything needed doing they would check first before proceeding.

All the staff were amazing from start to end gave us all the information we needed at every step, if i could give more stars i would highly recommend.

Very professional from the word go, kept us informed at all stages of the solar panel/battery installation. Installers were friendly and excellent, left everything tidy having cleared up after themselves, removed all waste and run through how things worked. Very pleased with the result.

The heat pump i had installed is doing its job ,but im not sure im fully satisfied.
It takes 4 times more for hot water to come through my taps ,as when I had a combi boiler, hot water came through alot quicker .
Im on water meter and will use more water with this heat pump

Regen Renewables Ltd. We were on the fence about having a solar system on the roof and in the house. but once we signed up for such a system, the scaffolding went up on the morning and the 2 installation lads came on a little later. Chris and Lincon, both excellect lads worked well and very professionally, cleaned up after they had finished. Couldn't praise them enough for what they did.
The system was set for a 12 panel or less, which it is, the the system kept tripping out and sometimes didn't restart. Trying to get hold of these guys for support issue was more difficult than it should of been. Chris the Electican can back a few days later, and re set the system to a larger capacity, since then we haven't had any furthr issues.
All in all very pleased with the over all system.

The whole process, from our first meeting to discuss the benefit of a heat pump to the installation was exemplary.
The survey to site radiators etc was extremely thorough, not only considering what worked best for the system but also our needs.
Every member of the team was polite, extremely hardworking and respectful.
The whole process was extremely efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending Regen Renewables.

From the very first contact we had with Regen Renewables, we were given the absolute best service possible.
We were looking to have a heat pump installed and our first meeting was with Veres (hope I got his name right). Very knowledgable and talked through the process very patiently. A great first contact.
Only a few days later Dan, the surveyor, carried out a comprehensive survey of our property with an extensive report following.
Only a few days later, we had the wonderful Rob, Charlie and Andrew out for the installation. It was on probably the hottest 2 days of the year but they worked like trojans to install the heat pump. Any problems that had been found during the survey such as placement of the heat pump or the cabling they found an answer to that we were happy with. They worked with great humour considering the heat and were exemplary around our property, leaving everything clean and tidy. Work done to a very high quality. Thanks guys.

Regen Renewables contacted me regarding solar panels. As I was considering these and the company was local to me, I thought I would listen to what they had to say.
Kyle came round at the time agreed and went through the figures, installation process and benefits. He was very professional and new his numbers.
On the day of the installation again they arrived on time and cracked on with it. They were very polite and friendly explaining what they were doing throughout the day and finished on time.
The only negative points I would like to make was I do not remember being offered Bird guards around the panels and it did take a bit of time getting the completion pack.

The process from contact installation was brilliant. Very thorough sales of the product and what it did and why it would be quoted the way it was.
Installation was great. In fact it was installed sooner than expected. The team on site explained what they were doing and plans for the day ahead., and left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Whats also been great isn't he fact that flexibility by the team has worked well. As were having other house work completed which would drain the system of water, rather than fill with Glycol for the winter then drain and Waste, the team were happy to wait and come back once I was ready for that to be done. At no additional cost for a repeat visit.

The system itself runs smooth, is very quiet and so far I can't fault it. In the short period of having to use radiators the house felt warm and energy used was minimal.

I'd certainly recommend this company for a heat pump installation.

11 solar panels fitted within 4-6 hours the electrion had to come back the following day for a couple of hours just to finish off due to the scaffolding company arrived late to erect the scaffolding with delayed the installation team
My only negative comment is that the scaffolding company with is a external company took a week to come and dismantle the scaffolding

Our solar panel, battery and inverter installation was completed on 9th June, and the whole process went very smoothly. Even when the correct-sized battery was only delivered around lunchtime, the installation team handled everything efficiently and professionally.

The two installers were excellent. They showed great initiative by adjusting the positioning of the solar panels from the original survey plan when it became apparent there wasn't enough space on the east-facing roof to accommodate them all. Their solution worked perfectly and demonstrated their expertise and flexibility.

I'd also like to mention Hannah in the office, who has been an absolute gem throughout the entire process. She kept us well informed at every stage and was always helpful and responsive with communications.

Very good team of installers tidy, professional and knowledgeable. Kept a clean and tidy workspace replaced several radiators and water tank, removed the old radiators and boiler and mounted the Air Source Heatpump neatly on my wall. The install I really couldn't fault. I am holding judgement on the "Customer Service" as the after sales service isn't anywhere near the install. I will be making a separate review shortly based on results and actions

We had Kyle come and visit us to quote us for solar panels and savings we'd achieve etc. and I have to admit I wasnt expecting this type of visit. Kyle was completely down to earth and didnt beat about the bush, he was straight forward with us and didn't try any sales person mumbo jumbo on us, we had some common interests too which made it more of a comfortable environment. Although we arent able to have the installation done at this point due to other financial reasons, Kyle was not pushing for the sale and was very understanding of our situation, Kyle deserves some recognition for how he treated us and how efficient he was with his work I cant thank him enough, and I will reach out to him once we are able to get solar installed

Our solar panel, battery and inverter installation was done on 1st May. The installation went very well even allowing for the right size battery to be delivered lunchtime. The two installers, Linton & Chris, were excellent and used their initiative to site the solar panels different to the survey as there was insufficient room to house them all on the east roof.
All we need now is the certificate to enable us to arrange a different tariff with Octopus.

The new heating system is now running really well, and we’re really pleased with how it performs. The installation team were quick, efficient, and respectful while working in our home. That said, a few initial faults cropped up after the fitting, which was a bit frustrating and probably could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail during the install.
On the positive side, the company’s customer service has been very helpful each time we’ve contacted them. They don’t always respond immediately, but they do follow through and make sure issues are resolved. Overall, despite a slightly bumpy start, we’re happy with the system and the support we received.
