Fantastic team of people, the air pump and radiators were fitted and working within three days. The engineers were very respectful of our home and always left the house liveable at the end of the day. I can’t believe how hard they worked. They then took time to ensure we were happy with the work and that we understood how it all works.

Fantastic service initially, clear, concise and efficient.
Arranged installation, worked well, roofer and electrician efficient and on time, all is well after installation. I even recommended a friend to Regen R for his heat pump, I was so impressed.
But, Post installation - I am still awaiting the paperwork and certificates. I have contacted the office by e mail (returned) and phone and not received any update or feed back on the paperwork for registration.
This lack of post installation paperwork completion has spoiled a very good experience
However after Hannah’s follow up on my behalf I have the majority of the paperwork and await the certificate that is produced by an external source.
My confidence and recommendation of Regen Renewables restored.

Regen Renewables were chosen by me to install our heat pump as they proved willing to make a bespoke solution for our particular needs, unlike a number of other companies I had approached previously.
Kyle (and Derek) from the sales team had a higher level of expertise than I had experienced before. Dale, the Surveyor and Project Manager, was consistently approachable and capable, getting things arranged and resolved
both before, during and after the installation. The installation days passed smoothly, with Pete, Ali, Jason, Lyndon and Chris all being friendly, informative and approachable. I was especially impressed by the painstaking installation work by Ali in our airing cupboard, where the new cylinder and associated plumbing went. The ASHP has worked faultlessly since installation thus far. We had some teething issues related to cosmetic aspects of the routing of the power cable; after a number of calls and emails these were resolved after 10 days. This did not detract from my overall favourable impression, and I am happy to recommend Regen Renewables to others, and indeed have already done so.

Our home air conditioning installation went very well. Very happy with products, service and overall workmanship. Installation was very tidy, on time, respectful workers. Extra time was taken to get our input to ensure everything was perfect. I would not hesitate to use Regen again!

From start to finish the whole process was seamless.
We met with an advisor who went through everything in detail and gave us a great deal. A few days later we had the survey done and the following Monday the fitters arrived.
The team of fitters were friendly and helpful.

The workmen done an excellent job couldn't fault them and very happy with the product, the only downside was the surveyor said it would be installed one way and when the workmen turned up and said some of what we were told about the instalation by the surveyor they couldn't do and we had to revise the instalation plan which the workmen and me done.

We were very happy with the installation. The team arrived on time and were very polite and helpful. They left our property tidy with a job well done.

I have recently had Regen Renewables replace my gas boiler with a new heat pump using the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. The three technicians who attended - Steve, Jason and Chris - did an absolutely excellent job. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and to time. I was promised it would be done in two days and it was completed well within that time.
The workmanship was outstanding and I was kept informed as to progress and was able to see everything going in as expected.
I would be very happy to recommend Regen Renewables to anyone who asked.

I waited to write this until we'd had our air source heat pump for a year and had the first service, as I always think the aftercare and daily experience of the heat pump itself matter a lot. We are delighted with our heat pump. Curtis, Pete and Dylan did a great job with the install, all done in 2 days and problem solved as they went along. The service engineer (different company) said it was a great install and the heat pump has performed really well over a cold winter. We had one or two very minor issues/questions and Regen promptly sent someone out to do checks/resolve which was much appreciated. Very pleased we went with Regen. Thanks to the team

I had the pleasure of having two wonderful guys visit me yesterday 13th August 2025 to install the solar panels. It was a very hot day to be fitting solar panels but Chris and Linden (hope I spelt it right) got to work while Chris worked in my loft where the temperature must have been unbearable. These two guys worked none stop and informed me what they were doing every step of the way. If you should be lucky enough to have them fit your panels you are in very safe hands. I cannot speak highly enough of them a real gem team. They worked so well together it was a pleasure to see. Once again Chris/Linden thanks very much a real pleasure to meet you both.

What a great company to work with from our initial contact with Derek, who explained the system in great detail followed by a technical survey by Dale who produced a thermodynamic report and the excellent very hard working installation team of Pete, Ali & Jason. All installed in a day and a half.
Great explanation on the easy operation of the heating system.

We are very happy with our air-sourced heat-pump installation by Regen Renewables. The salesman, surveyor and installation team were all prompt, presentable and friendly.

The team at Regen Renewals are amazing and committed to their customers having a great experience. It was 7 days from our initial meeting to a fully working system.
The surveyor and install team were polite, efficient and tidy. It was hot weather but they were keen to help as well as understand our house layout and to listened to our concerns.
The financing package works well but could have been better explained as it is managed by Zopa bank but is fronted by a broker. The operation of the hot water program is more complex and if a short paper or online guide was available it would help as well as being reassuring. The office staff and directors have been so helpful in managing the instal and operating the system.
We are delighted with the skill and the staffs enthusiasm for the company and the equipment.

Quick and efficient. Rapid response to initial enquiry, hardworking and well organised installation team, completed change from to old oil boiler to full heat pump system including changing virtually all the radiators in 3 days.
All looking good but as summer has now finally arrived can’t say how well the heating will work yet as not needed!
