Seems to be a criminal organisation
Seems to be a criminal organisation. The agent refused to provide identity when asked repeatedly. Claims his name is Alex Voss with an Indian accent. Using a false names indicates no insurance and would invalidate any warranty. Possibly exploited labour and grant theft. Associated with other companies who have destroyed peoples houses leaving them without heating or hot water. I do understand they have installed heating ( via other parties ) in properties but when those systems go wrong in the future there is no warranty with a false name being used. No trust mark. Government seems to encourage crime at any opportunity.

Did my biggest mistake giving my works…
Did my biggest mistake giving my works to them. Initial assessment by the surveyor I was told I can get external wall insulation and boiler changer as I have a back boiler in my property. On the day I found out it’s only loft insulation and boiler change. The loft insulation has just been thrown everywhere with people leaving 2 rolls up in the loft telling me to spread it myself. Coming to the boiler installation, once it was completed and the engineer left, 6 hours I was left with no gas in the cooker and hot water in my house. Upon chasing up the next day it took them another day to come and have a look at it. Found out that one of the pipes which the engineer used for gas connection was originally a water pipe which still had some water supply coming from somewhere which caused no gas supply. He installed a new gas pipe which is isn’t even concealed and has ruined the upstairs hallway wooden flooring destroyed. It doesn’t end there. After the gas was reconnected to the boiler and supply given back to the hobs in the kitchen only to find out that water has gone through those hobs which has ruined the hobs. I had Bosch gas hobs installed in my house which is not later replaced for the cheap company gas hobs.
On asking them what happened to the external wall insulation I get told I wasn’t eligible for it. Since then I have had 3 other companies comes down and surveyed who told me that I was while the gas boiler was getting changed as well but as not the gas boiler has been changed using one company I cannot get external walls insulated.
I wished I researched more and would have given my works to a better company and would have had all done altogether.

External wall Insulation installation
I had external wall insulation installation it was done by cowboys and made real mess. The company wouldn't take any notice and always make excuses. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Please read this before using this company
This company will relentlessly bother you with calls
I've had someone call me and was extremely intimidating questioning why I would not supply details to them.
I was asked to changed my Bank details for 24 hours
I was told this was perfectly acceptable. No it is not it's against the law and corrupt.
They still won't cease contacting me even though I've tried by many ways.
They should be reported.
They once arrived unexpected with a boiler but no one knew where it was supposed to go. We asked them to leave.

In my opinion they are going after grants…
In my opinion they are going after government grants and will be relentless in their pursuit of the money. They installed a boiler and it works fine. I don't expect they'll be any good at follow-up service but I understood this from the outset. Hounded me to write this review with a text or phone-call every day. However, I'm not really sure how you're going to get a free boiler otherwise.
