After our 1st meeting with Eco energy, Dillon the sales consultant was very informative and answered all my questions and advised what would be the best option for us with the windows. From the 1st phone call to making the appointment I have been kept upto date with everything. Still to book in installation and have the work carried out but up to now I’m very happy.

Eco Energy installed our Solar panels quickly & efficiently. The installation was done within one day. They ran the cables with minimum disruption & reinstated ground works carried out to our satisfaction. Thanks to the electricians, Darren & Conlan, to the panel fitters, Lee & Colin. Excellent service from start to finish – highly recommend!

I’ve recently had internal wall insulation installed by Eco Energy Ltd and I’m absolutely delighted with both the service and the results.

There were a couple of minor communication issues at the beginning, including the terms and conditions not being attached to the original quotation email and some emails going unanswered. However, following a telephone conversation, everything was quickly resolved and the service from that point onwards was excellent.

The team guided me through the entire process, making everything straightforward and stress-free.

A special mention to Alyx and Leonna in the admin team, who were both fantastic, and Chris, the installation manager, who kept in touch throughout and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Scott, who carried out the installation, was brilliant – professional, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Once things got underway, the whole process was seamless. The work has been completed to a great standard and I’ve already noticed a significant difference in how warm the rooms feel.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company whose staff genuinely care about providing a good service. I’m really pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eco Energy Ltd.

DO NOT USE! This was probably once a legit company but they are now on the wind down and will soon disband and won't care who's money is lost in the process!
They currently hold a 5 digit deposit from myself for an ASHP with additional work that was to be done by a subcontractor. Unfortunately for them the subcontractor hadn't used them before and kept my contact details. EcoEnergy changed this subcontractor's itemised quote and added over £4k to the job. I was given the original quote and when providing them with the proof they said they'd take £1500 off it! Incredible. They then said if I didn't like it to email their cancellation team which I done over 6 weeks ago and still have not had one single response. I have now submitted all my proof to HIES and they are in contact with Ecoenergy who have assured them I'll be refunded. However this was a week ago and although they told HIES they will reach out to me to initiate the refund THEY STILL HAVEN'T CONTACTED ME!
This company is a major red flag. Stay away from them and also what ever new company pops up after they disband.

Pleasure to deal with and good price. Bought a new house earlier this year and was desperate for new windows due to misting and draughts. New windows look great, would recommend.

I had loft insulation installed by ECO ENERGY LTD. They were very prompt in replying to enquiries and arranging both survey and installation, both of which were carried out efficiently and thoroughly on an awkward loft, and with full and friendly communication at each stage. The patient and friendly support throughout the grant application and claim process was also very much appreciated. Altogether a positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend ECO ENERGY.

Please do not use this company as we have had a very bad experience. After a site survey and quote we agreed to installation of solar panels. They then fitted some of the panels on the north facing side of the roof instead of all on the south. This obviously reduced the amount of power we would generate and was not what we signed up to. Eco Energy were initially very dismissive of our complaints until we refused to pay as they were in breach of contract. Very reluctantly Eco Energy agreed to put things right but it was a huge disappointment. We still have no idea how the system works as they left the site without any explanation or handover. They have different contractors for different parts of the business and it is clear that they don’t communicate with each other leading to confusion and mistakes. I really wish I had never heard of Eco Energy Ltd and would certainly not recommend them.

From start to finish Eco Energy guided me through the process for grant funding as well as providing an excellent support and installation service going out of their way to help.
I've had issues with renewables installers before so needed someone to guide me through the whole process step by step.
There are cheaper alternatives out there but if you want quality service all round then these guys are for you

Eco energy came all the way to Orkney. Kept me well informed on arrival times workers very friendly work completed quickly explained everything tidying everything as they left very happy with completion of work

I had solar installed with Eco Energy back in 2022. From that experience I would have given 4 stars, it wasn’t perfect but the team did a decent job and Solar was installed quickly and efficiently. I feel we could have been advised better at the start but all in all a decent experience. Then last month I had additional battery storage installed and moved outside. I was quoted a higher amount but after sourcing this with a different company they matched the quote saving me a couple of hundred. The team who did the install turned up 15 mins early and did the whole thing in less than a day, very polite, informative and tidy. Great install team. Hence 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The installation of 14 solar panels inverter and battery from eco energy was grand we can now see the difference in our energy bills month to month and the difference its made in lowering the overall electricity demand our home uses day to day would highly recommend using solar panels installed by eco energy

Not interested as soon as they have the bill paid.
Left a mess with slabs not relayed on my new patio. Totally ignore or fob you off when you get in touch. Cables sticking out from ground, slabs lying not fitted,bag of cement left n 6 months later still not finished.

Hopeless and unhelpful. Didn’t turn up for the exploratory survey visit (which they later revealed was a sales visit) and then didn’t even reply or apologise when I emailed to complain that my wife had come home early that evening because they had insisted we should both be there.

The installers for the battery's where brilliant same with the team that put up the solar panels! Everything else has been shocking was advised one day install it took 5 days was advised wouldn't have to do anything, I've had to do all the admin, spoke to Thomas today to try and guide me through the app as it's still asking to be set up he advised would call back later o today and nothing!

The system has been on standby and this is controlled by eco energy! And I have no say on this!

Please do your research before picking this company! I wish I had done as would never have picked them!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Stuart Brown from Eco Energy. From the very beginning, Stuart was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and made sure I fully understood the options available without feeling pressured.

We received an excellent service from Eco Energy. Obviously the excellent work they provided in installing our solar panel system was important . But it was made more impressive by the people who provided it. You couldn’t have met more customer- oriented people who always seemed to have smile on their faces. Thank you Eco Energy
