They added more parts & integrated as requested on site but this was after conformation on site of installation requirements

Luis and Matt were exceptional from start to finish and are a real credit to Greener Energy Group. Their skill, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, matched by their kindness and approachable manner. They were a pleasure to have working in our home.
They worked efficiently, managed their time brilliantly and completed every aspect of the job with impressive care and attention to detail. Wherever they could go the extra mile, they did—and those thoughtful touches were noticed and greatly appreciated.

Relentless calls
Made an enquiry and even though I used their messaging service to say that I had sorted another solution and to take me off their database . I did this twice and received an acknowledgment they kept on calling receiving multiple calls each day . It was getting really annoying

From beginning to end a seamless process
From beginning to end the process was seamless. We applied for a grant and the interest free loan for an Air Source Heat Pump. Munro explained what was expected and answered all questions and put us at ease about this investment, as our 25+year old oil boiler was on the way out. As we were Octopus customers we were to get the Octopus Cosy system. We were steered through the applications and draw down and all the appointments by, very cheerful, Debbie and Leonne in the Welcome Team. The funding Team were very helpful as well in this, sometimes complex process. EPC and Technical Survey were carried out which highlighted the need for cavity wall insulation. There was a grant available for this which the Team steered us through the application. That done, the Installation Team of Luis and Matthew arrived with great positive, respectful and courteous attitudes communicating well and tidying up all the time. A Joiner, Majit (magic), boxed in all high exposed pipework and the Electricians, Andy and Callum, connected the system up. A very tidy job was made and a thorough briefing on the installation was given to us. Finally Craig came to audit and commission the whole system. Promptly after this all our documents arrived. We cannot fault any part of this process and the explanation given and support offered throughout. This company are the sole installers of the award winning Octopus Cosy system. I would not hesitate to use Greener Energy Group in the future, when it comes time to fit a solar system.

Initial teething problems but overall a great service
There were some teething problems at the beginning as the original quote for solar & inverter was unachievable due to using Google Maps to try and place the solar panels. However, they were great at working with us to get a workable solution and to get it fitted asap. I have to say Leanne in the office was great at getting everything sorted.
The fitters were fantastic too.

Service visit by Stephen for our…
Service visit by Stephen for our Vailliant Air Source Heating system and Valliant Gas Boiler. The gas boiler part had not had a full service for 4 years! Stephen completed an excellent as well as informative servicing of our heating system.

Greener Energy installed our heat pump…
Greener Energy installed our heat pump approx 8 years ago, and I had it serviced each year (although it took anything between 3 -4 weeks to them to do it as I live in the Highlands) up to last year when my wife died and I forgot to get a service carried out.and repaired. Even previous repairs to the system during the winter took almost 4 weeks.My piping system for the heat pump has now developed a leak, and on calling Greener Energy they have refused to repair the system. I now have no heating and they do not care. This firm to me takes no responsibility in their work once the warranty runs out.

We are also genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced with your heating system. We fully appreciate how frustrating and distressing it must be to find yourself without heating.
Having installed your heat pump approximately eight years ago, we appreciate the trust you have placed in us over the years, including choosing Greener Energy Group for your annual servicing and previous repairs.
Since your review, we have contacted you again to discuss your circumstances and explain the challenges surrounding repairs to your particular model of Samsung heat pump.
Unfortunately, due to the technical complexities and potential liabilities associated with repairs to this model, we have had to make the difficult commercial decision to refer any further repair work directly to Samsung, as the manufacturer.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly. However, certain repairs carry significant risks, including the possibility of further component failures that could result in the need for a complete replacement of the heat pump. As an independent installer, we have to carefully consider whether it is appropriate for us to undertake such work.
We fully appreciate that this explanation does not resolve the immediate inconvenience you are experiencing, and we are genuinely sorry that we have been unable to provide the assistance you had hoped for.
We would also like to reassure you that this decision is not simply because your system is outside its original warranty period. We continue to provide servicing, maintenance and aftercare support to many customers whose systems were installed years ago.
At Greener Energy Group, we take great pride in the relationships we build with our customers and would never want anyone to feel that we no longer care once an installation has been completed.

Stephen was pleasant and informed me of what he would do during the service of our heat pump. He was efficient and performed the job courteously offering to help replace items I had to remove to make the system filter accessible. I can’t fault him.

Excellent Service
The installer was professional and got on with the installation tidying up as he went along. The installation was completed within the day. We had one issue with connecting the hive app but they quickly resolved this. I would have no hesitation recommending green energy based on our experience.

Heat pump installation
We recently had an Octopus heat pump installed after our boiler broke. Stephen did a great job of explaining what would be involved and running through the quote, Debbie and Zoe were a great help in obtaining a the grant and loan from Home Energy Scotland.
The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard by Andrew, Sean and Ali. I was kept informed of everything that was happening and they were all very professional and approachable. Our new heat pump is now working perfectly and we are very happy. I am very happy to recommend Greener Energy Group to anyone looking to make the switch to a heat pump.
