Annual heat pump service
Just had my annual heat pump service. Although the engineer was late, he did try to contact me before to keep me informed unfortunately it was on an old phone which I don’t use. A call to the main office soon sorted that and the engineer still came to carry out the service well within the time suggested. Clean and efficient servicing and a very pleasant engineer called Stephen.

Our annual ASHP service was performed by Stephen yesterday and he turned up when he said he would. We had some minor issues which he resolved quickly and promptly. Stephen had a can-do attitude and even fixed our leaking garden tap - fantastic.

We had an after sales engineer come to…
We had an after sales engineer come to our property to rewire our EV charger to prevent it draining our solar battery when charging the car.
The engineer (Lewis) arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The work place was left clean and tidy and the finished job is neat and orderly.

Exceeded my expectations by miles.
Professional team from the moment the initial contact was made. No pressure, just helpful advice and recommendations. Ged came out and surveyed for solar and battery installation and spent time explaining the process. Other companies used google maps for info then persistently phoned for a decision.
Whole job, start to finish was excellent with electrician, scaffolding and roofing squad who all went above and beyond even replacing damaged tiles on the roof.
Admin staff have been so helpful and friendly explaining the document process.
I have no hesitation in recommending Greener energy for solar panel installation.

We made the switch from heating oil to a heat pump
We made the switch from heating oil to an Octopus heat pump and the fellows have just left. Amazing service from start (help in applying for the Scottish Government rural grant) to completion with FIVE installers finishing off the installation today - took them slightly less than 3 days. They were a pleasure to have working in our home and left it so clean and tidy.

Satisfied with the workmanship and the timescale in which the work was carried out. Special mention to Tony the installation worker.
Issues that could be addressed. Communication regarding the erection of the scaffolding, Tony from Greener Energy told me over the phone that he would contact me:did not happen. Also support to understand the app is something that needs addressed. Initial survey and discussion did not indicate that it would be several weeks before you could feed surplus energy back to the grid, should have been raised. Staff in the office, Leanne and Leonne have been supportive so overall a good experience.
I would add to my initial review that Tony was on the phone the same day to discuss the issues raised. He also took time to explain how the process would work now we were up and running. Thanks for that. Still think more time at the survey sale may have resolved the issues raised. Thank you

From start to finish the whole process was first class. Very helpful in every aspect. Administration, installation and aftercare were on the ball.
I have been considering installing a new heating system for a while as the cost of kerosene was becoming unaffordable.
Now our new airsource heat pump has been installed after 3 days work i have nothing but good things to say about the GREENER ENERGY GROUP.
