The team were as a whole were great. From the surveyor, girls in the office and the installers. There was no pressure to agree straight away. All our questions and worries were answered and relieved. The installers were polite and good craic. They went through everything with us. The communication was spot on and we were kept in the loop of what was going on through the whole process and they kept to their time line promises. Would recommend them to anyone

Work was carried out to a high standard & everything left clean & tidy. Electrician talked me through the details & helped me set up the app.

I used Eco Energy for solar heating, interior wall insulation and an air source heat pump system. they assisted me in advising me on my dealings with HES Trust. Provided the supporting documentation when required with helpful and professional staff throughout the process.

Expert advice prior to, during and after installation. Installers were polite and worked diligently. Extremely happy with the system.

I'm half way through a solar install but the boys arrived with the wrong panels. The manager, who will remain nameless, for now, has been caught lying to my face about the capabilities of an inverter, I assume so I would spend more money on a more expensive battery system. The electrical engineer who installed the inverter today confirmed this. They told me I needed 40+ meters of a specific armored cable, required for the install at a price of £25 per meter if they supplied it. I got the exact cable they specified online for £4 per meter, only to be told by the sparky today, that it was the wrong cable, and as such had to install the inverter in another location, next to the panels, rather than at the house!! They arrived today 3 hours late to install the panels and the same manager told me that they were the correct panels and would be fine for the job. The installers agreed with me that they were not right, and the same manager then backtracked and stated he would have the correct panels delivered by tomorrow afternoon. The details of the deceit around the inverter, I'll keep for my next installment, unless everything is made right by this manager. To quote me earlier today on a call to this manager,... "This is a complete s*** show!" Sort it out Eco Energy, or the reviews will keep coming, and I WILL take you to trading standards too. Oh,... and before I go. I paid £349 (one off admin fee) for them to set up everything with Octopus Energy, now they're trying to grab another £349 admin fee "because of the extra papaer work involved to add a battery to the system". £700 admin fees, for a basic install. We'll see about that! Part 2 to follow. Lets see if they make it right. So far,... An absolute disgrace!

I have made 9 large orders at energy eco and spent $9000 but my recent experience when I needed customer service was terrible. They were unfair and took a long time to sort it out and although they charged me $220 restocking fee they will lose far more than that in loss of future orders form me. They are not a customer focused company.

After making our appointment easily for our windows and doors, James turned up on time and was pleasant throughout the whole visit, he was knowledgeable and friendly. After showing us the quality of the window, he was able to then get us within our monthly budget on their finance options available.
We love our new windows and doors and can feel a huge difference in the heat in our home and the reduced noise from outside.
Our friends are also due to have windows fitted by Eco Energy

We had Evan visit us for our initial sales appointment. He was very engaging and not pushy at all, he gave us all the information we needed and with the current discounts and promotions on offer, we were thrilled at the price. Windows and door have been installed and we are over the moon with them. 100% recommend

Aggressive marketing, constant calling when repeated requests to stop. Now reported to ICO. Avoid at all costs. 0 stars.

I found the info sent to me was very helpful and very concise, language that I could understand without being covered in spam! The handover pack was very informative as I had no idea what was involved with having solar panels fitted. I haven't needed to download the manuals yet but know how to do it. The Youtube video was excellent and helped me understand the app.

All involved in the process of ordering, supplying and fitting Solar Panels was seamless.

From the sales person to the fitters everything went as they said it would! No problems, very tidy and punctual… would deffo recommend this company🤩

It will result in a relentless campaign of calls… when I asked to have my details removed they ten claimed I hadn’t called.

John came and was very informative about the installation of my new solar panels and how everything would progress. Then the roofer came fitted the panels I wasn’t even at home next day the electrician came and installed everything else. Can’t fault them start to finish it all went well and I have working solar panels 👍

The Electrician was terrible. He needs to put his hands in his pocket to employ an labourer because the holes he drilled and the mess he made were horrendous. He drilled two holes in the wall that he did not use and the hole be did make for the wires were oversized and was just a mess. The installers were fine but your electrician needs training in cleaning up after himself and not actually coming out and asking the customer to clean up the floor after he had made his mess in the kitchen before going up to the attic to make more of a mess which he left for me to clean also. This was after he had left all the empty boxes on top of my bin and left, which I had to phone to get him back to take them away. I decided to do the fixes myself as I knew I, who has basic diy skills, would do a better job.
To be fair the installers were quick, friendly and professional, and as other people have said, the customer service from office staff has been good. They did get the guy to come back as soon as I phoned them and they have been good all in all.

I wrote the previous after installation but before trying to get my export electricity export licence. It turns out the salesman lied to me (salesmen lying, wow). I was told that I would not need a smart meter to sell back electricity. What he did not say that IF I was able to get a meter other than a smart meter (not guaranteed) I would only get about 4p per KW/h and not the 12-14p smart meter customers get. Disillusioned with the hole deal.
