We had been debating whether to get solar panels or not ans reached out to a few installation companies for estimates. We were put at ease with how easy EcoEnergy were to work with, the depth our queries were answered with. Could not fault the installation team, a combination of my unavailability and sickness within the team meant the installation was done over 2 days, not an inconvenience to me and certainly not made to feel an inconvenience either. System all explained and now we are up and running 👍

I have submitted a formal complaint following a very uncomfortable call with this company. I had previously enquired about solar panels, but when contacted I politely explained that I was no longer interested.

When they called again later that day and I explained that I had already declined, the caller was rude and confrontational and began questioning why I had submitted my details in the first place, I was totally shocked at the unprofessionalism, the caller was sarcastic and super rude, I was so confused as to what was going on, and they ended up ending the call after I had said stop, stop , stop.

Making an enquiry doesn’t mean I’m obliged to proceed, and I shouldn’t have to justify changing my mind to a salesperson. The way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary and left me feeling very uncomfortable.

I’ve submitted a formal complaint and asked the company to review the call recording.

AVOID the enquiry, the sales guy I spoke to was not ok.

As of 24 hours later, I have received 2 more calls but them both cutting off and a request to see if I am genuine. I am indeed, if you can please reply to my written correspondence dated Friday 18th September, just formally again. I do not wish to receive any more calls from your company.

I’m really pleased with the way the installation went from start to finish. The installation team informed us at every stage of the instal of what was going on in particular Darren, the electrician took the time and effort to explain all. 

The panels were in in no time and they did a great job with the minimum of fuss.

The support and follow-up from the office have also been very good, with everyone being helpful and easy to deal with.

A minor criticism is that we were called and emailed a lot to ensure we had paid the deposit but on the whole a very good job.

If you’re thinking of having solar panels installed, I’d would indeed recommend Eco Energy. I am very happy with the installation and service they provided.

From start to finish, the customer service was first class. The survey and installation were carried out efficiently and with the minimum of disruption or fuss. The electrician who connected the panels to the fuse box did an excellent job of concealing the cables making the whole system unintrusive.
The sales team and customer service team were also very good providing regular feedback and flexing any rescheduled appointments. Overall, one of the best services I've received from a large business concern. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

With all the bills getting higher and higher i went online and found Eco Energery. From the start i was explained the process. The first appointment was explaining about the solar panels and battery, checking my roof using a small drone then giving my average meter readings.
After agreeing on a price a month later panels were fitted (I got battery fitted a few months later. They only took about 20mins to fit).

After the instalation they explained how the app worked to tell me how
the panels and battery were working also told me to inform mg energy supplier about the solar panels.
I would recomend Eco Energy for solar panels fitting , they made it as as easy as possible through whole process.

Start to finish communication and explinations on the system have been great. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the job, the knowledge of the sales staff, office staff and engineers on the day.

I’ve had my panels for a few weeks now and I love them. The team from beginning to now have been very helpful. The team who came and put my panels up, even my dog loved them.
No mess left behind.
Phone calls to check all was well is lovely to speak to a person and not an A I voice .

We had solar panels fitted by eco energy. It was a great experience from start to finish. From initial contact they were there., they weren't pushy. Even when we had a slight wobble when we didn't quite understand things they came back out and went over everything.
The day the boys came to fit the panels outside i had been nightshift. I never heard any noise . The electricians came 2 days later and installed everything and showed us how to work things.
We had a couple of technical issues and the girls in the office were always on hand willing to help

Excellent installation of solar panels and battery pack work was carried out very professionally leaving a very tidy job both the team installing panels and engineer fitting electrical panels are both a credit to Eco Energy

Many of you will probably remember my very bad experiences with eco-energy trying to get my administration fee back for non installation of solar and inverter. Well there's a new managing director and things have changed for the better. She was only 5 days in the job and she phoned me to give me my admin fee back, of course I was sceptical at first after the way I was treated for 10-11 months by some horrible people but no, this woman is genuine and could not have been more helpful and friendly and I believe eco-energy will thrive under her guidance. I got my money back and had a pleasant time talking things over with Jack and wish her every success in the future.

Very happy with the supply and fitting of our panels and battery. Got varying advice so was still very confused at point of purchase and have no clue how the app works.
Bills are yet to come down since June though but overall company was helpful.
UPDATE - Having issues with the app, doesnt work and been emailing them with absolutely ZERO replies. They have their money (and review which bribe you for but you don't actually receive the voucher they promise you) Electric bill still going up!!

Engineers came on time and kept everything clean and tidy. They also helped me and my partner install the app.

The ladies in the office are fab. They always call to check in with how we are getting on with the panels & help via email to send paper work to my electricity supplier. Thanks again

We had our panels installed by Eco Energy in May this year. It was fairly smooth process and now our energy bill dropped down to 0. We still use some energy from the grid here and there, but because we sell excess of energy back to the grid, we've now been paid over £100 since May. It will be different over the winter, but so far we are glad we got the solar installed.

I have solar, battery and separately heat-pump installed. This involved quite a lot of work under floors etc, but they left this in a state where it was hard to tell work had occurred. Eco-energy are responsive to questions and everything went smoothly.
