Sales person did not do as was supposed to do. Have since spoken to company and problem is being rectified

the workmen done a very good job , polite and clean cleaned up after them

My grandma was hoodwinked by the salesman/surveyor.

My request for a refund has still not been met. I HAVE NOT had an email from Trust Pilot asking for further details.
However I was never given a reference number by the representative...the letters EH are written in that part of the paperwork. The customer service department take my name and postcode to find their information about me and consistently say that they will pass the information on, but never get a reply! Their continual answer is that the managing director deals with repayments but they are unable to give me a number or email address through which I can contact him.

Disappointing to see even after Eco Haus replied to my previous review asking for details (although they have been advised of these on numerous occasions) that still nothing has progressed however, this is of no surprise. They have ignored a complaint letter and final 7 day notice but instead 'updated' their previous response to my review adding, it will need a new investigation, giving us the the run around and avoiding returning monies.
I note that Eco Haus aren't registered with any ombudsman or ADR meaning customers have less protection when it comes to complaints (which i note since my last review there are plenty, of which are of a similar nature) and must go down the route of reporting to Trading Standards or going to a Small Claims Court if Eco Haus fail to resolve.
We are now issuing a Letter Before Claim after Eco Haus failed to respond to my complaint and are clearly in breach of their own 'customer charter'.
* UPDATE
Both myself and elderly mother have been contacting Eco Haus for months however they keep fobbing us both off and will not follow up on their agreement to issue a refund. As I am acting on behalf of my mother, GDPR is not an issue here and is incorrectlyy being touted as an excuse.

It would be zero but can’t give zero and leave a review.
My mother has still not received her money back despite emailing the Company on numerous occasions. She either gets no response at all or an I’ll chase this up with the Director. She cancelled the order the very next day and requested a refund of her deposit almost a month ago now.
This is extremely stressful for her.
She has phoned and emailed customer services but as yet has had no update on her refund.

My mother EH Order Ref No EH5130 (sorry give an incorrect ref no initially) paid a deposit of £350 cash on the 22nd Nov'25 and we cancelled this on the 26th Nov'25 prior to a survey being carried. We received a confirmation e-mail of the cancellation on the 26th Nov'25 and replied with the information needed to refund the money on the 27th Nov'25. I have emailed 4 times with no reply and phoned 9 when I was told everytime that it was with the Director.

Very speedy service from assessment of need for new windows until delivery and installation. Installers efficient and worked well as a team. Contacted by company at every step of process to confirm dates and seek feedback on satisfaction with work carried out

My elderly mother was persuaded to have a survey on her home and pay a deposit that increased 200% when making payment. The work did not need doing and she cancelled the following day and has still not received her deposit back. She has emailed almost every day requesting an update on her money but either gets no response or just a regurgitated version of the same one i.e. we will chase up with our accounts team or director
She just wants her money returned

If I could give this ‘company’ a zero I would. But you can’t do here goes, oh and this will more than likely be deleted because that’s what you do with posts that show this company for what they are. My Vulnerable 91 year old Mum had a visit off and ‘salesperson’ who then talked her into signing up for new glass in UPVC windows that were 40 years old. Next problem he had her sign two cheques, he filled one in and said he’d torn the second one up, no evidence of this in any of her bins!!! And then when we manage to get both cheques cancelled they then keep phoning her. To top it all off we then had a phone call off them asking for my Dad, who has been deceased for over two years!! I really wish something could be done about companies like this. They seem to prey on the Elderly and Vulnerable!!

If I could rate this heavy selling tactic company ZERO stars I would, their tactic of trying repeatedly trying to sell my 90 year old vulnerable Mother who suffers with Dementia products that are over priced and not required is appalling. steer clear
