EcoSave Glass arranged with a contractor to apply Pro Perla Wall Coating on the external brickwork to reduce condensation in the existing cavity walls. Since the completion of the work on 27th March 2026 I have not been able to make telephone contact to obtain a final invoice or any guarantee documentation. I would not recommend EcoSave Glass or use their services again.

Got my french door project wrong , managed to break 2 units while installing , has a date and time for second unit to be replaced, never came to do job , nobody answering their phone , still trying to get in touch with them , customer service is an absolute joke.
Stay away guys.

Thay cannot be trusted I paid a deposit and had to cancel my order the next day rang them up about the deposit thay said it would be back in my account in 5days but it is not got on the phone but thay won't answer my calls so beware of them not a good way to do business

Do not fall for the spin of government grants nonsense, they charge well over the odds for replacement glass, we regretfully fell for it, was meant to get a new window hinge fitted as part of the contract and thats not happened, over a month on and we still haven't got our A+ energy saving certificates either. Customer after care is atrocious you cannot get them to answer phone and they won't answer back to voice mails, stear well clear of these cowboys.. The contractor fitters where actually sound guys, its just the company thats the problem.

I was little sceptical after receiving a phone call from a lady offering us a free glass test on our windows, but needing new windows I thought id risk it and let them come out as I was getting quotes from a few companies anyway. Ecosaveglass offered an amazing price with the promised discounts so we decided to go ahead. From sending out a lovely guy called John to price up to getting the windows and doors fitted was a fast and easy process. The lads that came to fit them were brilliant and even cleaned up after themselves! Our home looks lovely now with our new windows and doors, Thank you would definitely recommend this company

Spoken to them previously when was crown glazing and gave us a good price then so when decided to choose went back. Still gave us a good price and the windows are good quality, had problem myself with paying at time but have been very good with me and helped me setup a payment plan to make sure windows were still fitted. The lads they sent round were very pleasant and respectful aswel can’t recommend them enough after all the help they have given. I previously worked at a window firm so know the windows are good quality Rehau and after been quoted ridiculous prices off other firms I was glad to find one with a respectable price

This company is owned by Imran and Umran khan. They previously owned Crown glazing and closed down owing over a million pound in debt and owe multiple staff members money.

Worst company ever, took my deposit and I cancelled in the cancellation period, they just took my money and ran, shame on you
