Excellent service from all the team from the office to the installation crew

I'm really happy with the service, equipment, and work carried out by Eco Horizon. They were thorough when answering my questions and helping me configure my system. Each team, including solar panel installers, electricians, admin staff, sales, and support, have been great. They clearly take pride in their work, enjoy it, and want the customer to be happy with the service provided. I'm really glad I got this system and that I got it with Eco Horizon. I can't recommend them enough.

Eco Horizon installed solar panels for me over two year ago. They were efficient, helpful and very pleasant to deal with at the time.
I had reason to contact them again as
i had an issue with which i thought related to their solar panels. When i contacted them, they listened to my concern and sent a team out the next morning to check the panels. Their guys were courteous and helpful, they removed some panels and discovered the issue did not relate to the panels , explaining it was a seperate matter altogether .

Finbar of the Eco Horizon management team took time to call to me to explain my problem through photos + diagram, so i could address it properly with the appropriate professional.

Their after care and genuine interest in their custom is part of their company policy...which makes them a company i can recommend to all.

Eco Horizon also manage the grant process & this is an added bonus. The after sales service from the team is super. No hard selling just gave me a detailed quote and then installed a couple of weeks before the timeframe they originally expected. Install team led by Finbar couldn’t have been nicer and were very respectful of my house and left everything very tidy. The tech guy in the office was also very helpful on the phone explaining everything once I was set up. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for solar panels.

A quick phone call turned out to having someone call to the house the next week. The organisers and admin in the office were great and fast to deal with. The guys that came to take an intial look took me through the positioning and available options and what devices would work. I would have a fair bit of knowledge on the stuff but they were very helpful to ensure i understood the system and pros and cons of the different options and best value for money. There was a waiting period before the work was to begin which was estimated to be 10 weeks but they got to me much sooner than that. SEAI paper work was all taken care of by them practically, a few online things to fill out to initiate it - the SEAI inspecters did arrive out 2 months after the install and complimented the job. The installers were great guys, very fast happy to explain and did a great job even with the ground works that needed to be done.

My experience with this company was second to none. Ciaran came to assess my home and sat with me to explain what would best serve my needs. Because he explained it so clearly I felt I could trust that his company understood what was best for my home. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his company to anyone considering having panels installed. The company monitors the operation from their base to ensure all is in working order. They have contacted me on a number of occasions to check in. I give them an A+++ for neatness of installation ,reliability and follow up. Thank you

I shopped around to 5 or 6 suppliers in Ireland but when I met Ciaran and the team and how they approached what I needed, I was able to trust their guidance. We have the panels and batteries almost one year now, it has made a big impact on energy savings. The one time I did need support for the wifi connection, the team were here the next day. No problems and highly recommended.

Having done some research before seeking quotes for solar panel installations, ECO Horizon were one of the few companies (if not the only one ) that can or were willing to quote for the supply of non-Chinese batteries and inverters which was a particular requirement of mine. Ciaran visited my house and went through the limited non- Chinese options that were available at the time (early autumn 2024). The on-site discussion was informative with none of the usual sales pressure being applied.
After much soul-searching on my behalf followed by another site visit by and advice from Ciaran, I decided on a Duracell 10kW battery and Duracell 5kw inverter option.
After some weather-related delays, the installation went ahead over three (part) days in February 2025 without any problems. The panel installation team obliged by fitting an additional 2 panels at my request on the day of the installation even if it meant a return trip to Laois to do so.
The background support team, admin & technical, Noel, Nicola, Liveta & Aleksandra have all been prompt and helpful in response to my many queries and nit-picking on paperwork and technical issues. I would have no problem recommending ECO Horizon.

We spent considerable time researching solar panel companies, trying to get a clear understanding of systems etc.,
Out of 7 companies we dealt with,Eco Horizon stood out from the rest.
Ciaran was the first person we spoke with and he made a huge difference in our decision-making. He was straight-talking, passionate about his job,and incredibly knowledgeable. There was no pressure—just clear, honest information.
Once we decided to move forward, Nicola took over the planning and scheduling, with the utmost efficiency . She ensured everything was arranged to suit our availability, and the installation was scheduled for a day that worked for us. All paperwork was processed in an efficient and professional manner.
On the day of installation 19/12/24 Finbar the Project Manager and his team arrived on schedule.They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They tidied up after themselves, explained how everything worked, and left everything spotless. It was a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
We can’t recommend Eco Horizon enough. From initial inquiry to final installation, the service was outstanding.

Having had 4 different companies and quotes for our solar panels we knew hands down when we spoke with Ciarian we would be going with Eco Horizon, he understood what we wanted, answered all our questions honestly and not just what we wanted to hear and gave a very competitive quote. Finbar and the crew showed up on time with minimal disruption completed the installation and even came back to do additional cleaning up as it wasn't 100% even though we were happy out. They ladies in the office were flawless, on the ball with; the app to monitor the panels, forms for the seai grant, Ber and the billing process. Genuinely couldn't recommend them any more exceptional service and product we've seen a huge reduction in our bills.
