I recently deal with Dylan Mooney and found him extremely pleasant to deal with .His skills were very professionally and replied to any queries promptly either through email of phone call. Dylan is certainly an asset to the company.

I recently had my house surveyed by Jonas from Ecoplex for a solar panel plus battery system. His professionalism,knowledge and attention to detail were all highly impressive,with the result that we have placed our order with Ecoplex for installation in the new year.

Dylan was excellent to deal with. He called out to our house following my initial enquiry submitted to Ecoplex online. He did not rush or pressurise us and explained everything very clearly and the various options we could consider. He was very professional and followed up with me afterwards. He is a good ambassador for Ecoplex

Padraig Melia was brilliant as my sales advisor! He recommended a bespoke solar system for our house in which we are delighted with. The install was delayed somewhat, but the quality of work was outstanding so all told 10/10. Would wholly recommend Padraig and Ecoplex.

The worst service experience I have ever had.

My installation was cancelled the night before the scheduled date without proper notice, despite having waited three months for this appointment. The solar panel installation was done incorrectly and did not follow the agreed plan. Multiple unnecessary holes were made in my home, and little to no effort was made to conceal the wiring.

Even after two months, the rectification of these issues remains incomplete. Communication from the staff has been extremely poor, and they seem more interested in chasing payment than taking responsibility for the work they have failed to complete.

The after-sales service is just as disappointing. Bence, the sales agent, has made little to no effort to help resolve the issues. To make matters worse, I was charged approximately €1,000 more than my neighbours, who have the exact same solar panel setup.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, from the installation process to the after-sales support. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, substandard workmanship, and failure to resolve outstanding issues are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

The response provided by Ecoplex below is inaccurate. I would like to clarify the following points:

1. Regarding the scheduled date: The director assured me that the schedule would not be changed, and I have screenshots of this confirmation. Please do not provide an inaccurate account of what was agreed upon. Despite this assurance, your staff informed me on the night of the scheduled work that it would not proceed as planned.
2. Regarding the completion of the work: No one contacted me to walk me through the completed work. If the original plan outlined in your PDF had been followed, this situation could have been avoided.
3. Regarding the delay: Please note that this matter has already been ongoing for a month, during which I have had to follow up repeatedly to get updates and move things forward.

I had a great experience with Ecoplex . Daniel O’Keefe the sales representative, was very helpful, professional and efficient throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the
whole experience was quick and hassle-free. The installers were also lovely, friendly and did a really neat and tidy job. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them!

Both installation crew were very professional and efficient. Answered our questions with clarity. I don’t remember the leader of the crew who installed the inverter and dedicated circuits, but he worked really hard installing and double and triple checking all the workmanship. I was very impressed

My experience with Ecoplex was amazing start to finish. I met with other companies previously about installing solar panels in my home but when I met with Luke from Ecoplex he educated me very well on all aspects about getting the solar panels very likeable guy. I also had contact with Dylan from Ecoplex Luke’s Boss, Dylan was brilliant and gave me all the answers to my questions as a couple of days passed after meeting Luke I had more questions so Dylan was happy to answer these for me and gave me more then enough information. After my interaction with Dylan I was more than happy to go with Ecoplex. The two lads were extremely helpful and I had a great experience with them both highly recommended this company and the two lads.

I got home charger for my electric car just over 3 years ago so it was just out of warrenty it wasnt working properly so Ecoplex told me i had to contact a company in Italy for parts which was nightmare and i kept getting Ai customer service so no luck i go back ecoplex and i was told just buy a new 1 forget about old 1
3 years doesnt seem long for a charger to break down

Very happy with the solar panel installation. The team was professional, efficient and kept everything tidy. Communication was excellent, and they explained the system clearly.

The panels have been performing really well, and I’m already seeing good savings on my electricity bills.
The biggest saving is that I can charge my EV with solar power.

We purchased our solar panels from them and they were extremely helpful explaining everything to us
We added a second battery to our system and Dylan in sales was fantastic in coming back to me.

From the start, the Ecoplex experience has been really good. The sales guy, Padraig, was well-informed and genuinely helpful. He wasn't pushy at all, and actually talked us out of a few things that would have cost us more.

The office team (Laura, Kaitlyn, Jordan, Sophie and the boss Stephen) made scheduling, invoicing and the SEAI grant process easy. The pre-install survey by Ian was thorough and flagged issues we didn't know we had.

On the day, the crew were proactive, happy to take our feedback on panel positioning, and left the place tidy.

The system's only been running 24 hours, but it's working well so far. I'd happily recommend Ecoplex to anyone looking at solar.

Very poor from the beginning. Cabling too small. SEAI flagged the pannels were not correctly installed on tge roof. Fire man switch incorrectly wired. Issue after issue. My system will be installed 2 years in November and still doesn't work properly. Constantly phoning them to try get them back to fix the issues.

Avoid at all costs.

I had this system installed in July 2023. About 11 months ago, the charger stopped working and since then the after-sales service has been absolutely shocking.

I rang them several times and was told to email the details and photos of the fault, which I did. I emailed their main info email and also contacted two of their sales rep and No reply.

I followed up again around five months ago. No reply. I emailed again about a month ago. Still no reply.

I have also called several times and every time I’m told that somebody will call me back. Nobody ever does.

What frustrates me most is that when they were selling the system, they were professional, responsive and very efficient. Once the system was installed and they had been paid, it seems there was absolutely no interest in providing any after-sales support.

I’ve now been left with a charger that doesn’t work and a company that simply ignores my emails and calls.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and a complete waste of money. There are plenty of other companies out there. Based on my experience, I would not go near this company and would avoid them at all costs.
