I had an Ohme ePro EV charger installed at home, and I am very satisfied with the service from Ecoplex. I would especially like to thank Harsh Shah for his support during the process. He was always there to help me and answer all the questions regarding installations and different charger options.

The team led by Harsh Shah were very helpful and installed the EV charging unit as requested with no issues. This is my second use of Ecoplex were previously they installed solar panels for me. I have no issue in recommending Ecoplex as a company.

Two very amiable teams (the panel installers followed by the electricians) did the work to what appears to be a high standard, carefully consulted us when there was an issue with an unexpected roof vent, carefully fed the cables through various roof spaces to ensure they remain invisible from inside and outside, and carefully showed us how to use the (excellent) app for monitoring the whole setup (panels and battery).

Our only reservation was the lack of clean-up afterwards: there was a certain amount of mess in the house, but more importantly, bits and pieces of plastic/wiring left lying around in the garden, representing something of a hazard to wildlife. From a sustainability-focused company, this was a little disappointing.

But we would certainly recommend Ecoplex to others thinking about installing PV panels and a battery! Very amiable, efficient service – the installation was completed in about six hours.

I Just got a EV charger installed and I must say I am delighted with the product. The installation was quick easy and trouble free. The staff at Ecoplex were a joy to deal with. From the initial consultation to the on site engineers, so helpful and professional. The after sales service is fantastic. As a novice to EV charging I had a few questions after installation which were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend Ecoplex Energy and look forward to using their services in the future

Great company to deal with from survey with paidraig right up to and Including Instalation, The lads that fitted the system were top class , coming fro a construction background myself I know the organisation that has to go into this to run smoothly ,WELL DONE ALL AT ECOPLEX SOLOUTIONS ,

I would rate well this company as they installed solar panels, inverter, battery. Very satisfied with their job and don't have any regrets. I highly recommend this company to customers as they provide good service and quality.

From start to finish Ecoplex Energy were there to answer all my questions, on day of install they arrived early and set to work on installing the 18 panels and 5 batteries and inverter, cabling was done neat and clean, If your looking for a reliable system and experienced installer then give Stephen and his team a call.

I had an incredibly unprofessional experience with this company. Despite requesting multiple times that they keep the doors closed to prevent our pets from escaping, the installers repeatedly ignored this, putting our animals at risk of getting lost or hit by a vehicle.
The lack of care continued with the cleanup. The work area was left littered with metal wire clippings, some of which ended up in our pet’s food bowl. This is a massive safety hazard.
Furthermore, they showed zero respect for our property. They allowed the EV charger screen to scrape against the wall, causing scratches, and left the charging plug unprotected on the bare concrete while moving cables, resulting in further damage. If you value your home, your equipment, or the safety of your pets, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Stephen, who managed our project could not have been more helpful. Always available for a query and sent out roofers and electricians to make our system perfect. Any issues were sorted by his team in a very quick manner. Very happy with the way it is generating and looking forward to smaller bills now. Ian the electrician really knows his stuff and Conor the roofer were sound to deal with

I contacted this company to install an EV charger at my home. Initially, the experience was positive — the sales representative, Jordan, was responsive and helpful.

However, the process quickly broke down. The company does not carry out a physical site visit, instead relying on photos and a video call to assess the installation. Based on my experience, this is a major flaw.

When the installers arrived, they immediately commented on the setup and said the job couldn’t be done because the fuse box was located inside the house, separate from the smart meter. What was particularly unprofessional was that they laughed when they saw the setup, which was not appropriate given this should have been identified during the initial assessment. They then left without carrying out any work.

Following this, the only solution offered was a significantly more expensive installation that would involve lifting flooring across the entire ground floor of the house — clearly not a realistic option.

I requested a refund and was told this would not be an issue. Bank details were provided on 23rd March. As of 5th May, the refund has still not been received.

Since then, communication has effectively stopped. Emails have gone unanswered, calls are not picked up, and the previously responsive contact is no longer replying.

Based on this experience — particularly the failed assessment, unprofessional behaviour on site, and lack of follow-through on the refund — I would not recommend this company.

I had my Easee charger installed by ecoplex today. Luke & Ross showed up on time and were very polite. The work was neat and tidy and they explained everything to me once the install was done. Really happy with the service. I'll most likely use ecoplex for my solar install due to this experience. Shoutout to Jordan in the office too who was extremely helpful in the buying process
