Solved problem with minimum fuss or hassle
Needed work doing to get heat pump cooling system working properly after company I'd paid to install it weng busy before finishing the job. The team were on time for every appointment and clear at every stage what was happening and what it would cost. I would definitely use them again

Excellent company
Excellent company, Engineer serviced our heat pump and went through all the settings to ensure it was running efficiently. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Eco Installer were to fix what turned…
Eco Installer were to fix what turned out to be a very complex game of whackamole to fix my UF heating. Their team were professional, knowledgable and helpful, however they have yet to fix the problem. I am now facing a third attempt to fix, which I will use an alternative plumber for this work. I did offer Ecoinstaller the opportunity to do this work but because I had held back payment until satisfactory, they were unwilling to engage further.
I went to great lengths to work with them and the UF heating provider to ensure everyone understood the issues before they undertook the work, yet I still have no working heating system. Their attitude to this issue absolutely stinks. They are also around double the cost of my local plumber. I would avoid them.

Mr Taylor, as you are aware, Eco attended your property as heating/heat pump specialists at your request after you explained the issues with your system had been occurring for many years and multiple other suppliers/installers could not resolve. We provided you with an estimate on a time and materials basis to do some remedial electrical work on your underfloor heating system, which was installed by a different company.
After our engineer spent a significant amount of time on a Teams call with yourself and the underfloor heating provider without a charge to yourself, we attended your property and completed the electrical works outlined in the estimate which was approved by yourself. This resolved one of the multiple issues your system had. You confirmed with our onsite engineer that the electrical works were required as part of the overall fix of the system. The remaining works to be completed following this were to alter the pipework from your boiler to the underfloor heating system, again installed by another company. This is something you said you would ask your general plumber to quote.
We declined the opportunity to offer an estimate for further works, as you have repeatedly settled outstanding invoices late. This along with your request for us to price match your local general plumber, even though we are a heat pump specialist company, is why we are not offering an alternative quote.
We do hope you are able to find a solution to your heating issues that is within your budget.
Professional and highly competent
We chose Ecoinstaller to install our Air Source Heat Pump in December 2023. We chose them because they were able to give us a solution for a non-standard installation that Octopus was unable to provide. They were professional and worked with us to provide a very efficient system with which we are very happy. They also provide a thorough annual service. The staff in the office are helpful and courteous.

A very good company/system
When the ASHP was installed the company worked very efficiently and this followed good assessment of the heating system.
This was in November 2018 but we moved out on November 2023 and we miss the efficient system.

We've had out ASHP for over three years.
We are now three years down the line and all is working fine. We use the company for our ASHP annual service and Chris, their servcing manager, is happy to give advice and answer questions whilst here - also we can contact him by phone with any queries for free.

Great! Creative, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
Our situation was probably a bit more complicated than some in that we didn’t have space to put the outdoor heat pump unit directly outside our house, and our indoor space needed rearranging too. We also wanted to have some cooling ability from the system, to ease summer heatwaves. Eco Installer worked with us tirelessly to find a solution and took a great deal of time and care to look into our suggestions and put forward ideas of their own. The team who came to do the installation were quick, friendly and efficient – very easy to have around – and we were kept informed throughout about dates and timing. The whole thing was completed quite quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eco Installer to anyone looking to have a heat pump installed.

Following a phone call follow up today, I understand our engineer let you know during a visit in December we would be in touch with a price for a new part. December is our busiest time of the year, and unfortunately this was overlooked. To date, I can't see that you had followed up on your estimate. Looking into this further, I can see that we didn't install your rainwater system and we were not aware of the original supplier at the time and we had difficulties trying to locate a direct replacement valve, we reached out to the manufacturer who did not assist with our request for support. Apologies we are unable to help.

Professional heat pump installers
Eco Installer put in a new air heat pump system for us. We also had our radiators replaced to be compatible with the new system. Eco Installer provided a professional service and kept the inevitable disruption to a minimum. The new system has worked well, keeping us warm all winter.

Very engaged, competent and professional.
We had an aging combi boiler system replaced with an air-sourced heat pump, radiator upgrades, and HeatGeek mini-store. The team from Eco Installer were great from the earliest conversations with various options and products explored, site visits, arrangement of EPC, MCAS and BUS grant, and a thorough installation and commissioning process.
