They are excellent firelighters but they are also very expensive! However they are less expensive than using the Zip starter log which is not ecofriendly.

Late delivery,no call, blocked driveway with abandoned pallet
Delivery scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday so made arrangements , never arrived or called .Jusg arrived this evening Friday and as we were getting new gates and entrance driveway was rolled gravel before tar.instead of backing in truck to tar driveway driver tried to get in over gravel and got stuck.left a ton of logs in the middle of entrance outside blocking any cars getting .I now have to lift 96 bales of logs a long distance to shed on the back of house .

Although we provide an estimated date for courier delivery delays might occur outside our control especially during COVID pandemic and hectic times around Christmas. But please note at all times we remain committed and open to liaise with customers once they reach to us to provide support and transparent information concerning products and delivery. Delivery terms are set out transparently on our website and We believe the couriers make their best to deliver as close as possible to the desired location, unfortunately due to various constraints and obstacles on some of the properties and the heavy nature of the products this can not be always achieved to perfection.

Very quick and friendly service order…
Very quick and friendly service order on a Tuesday and delivery was first thing on Thursday when I went to look for fuel on the previous Thursday they were out of stock but once I emailed them to ask them to let me know when they come in and so they did on Tuesday
