Shocking Customer Service
Been with this company many years, and find that each time the account manager lets us down.
We have had new phones installed by ourselves, I asked them when I retook a new contract out that the phones could transfer incoming call between the phones. We retook the contract out and received the phones around the 30.04.26 and even today 13.05.25 after various phone call asking keith and jani call me back, including emails. NOTHING !!.
