I had a very positive experience with SCG Together. The team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I would especially like to thank Kesley Sibuyi for the excellent support and communication provided.

If I had to describe SCG in three words, they would be: prompt, responsive, and action-oriented. Every case I raise is handled quickly and efficiently, with the team consistently taking swift action on requests. Ben Pennifold and Raydon Vetten has been especially helpful. Just exactly what you wish for in customer service
I came to my account manager without very clear ideas on how to upgrade my handset. KG was very helpful, informative and very patient with all my enquiries. He suggested a few models and talked me through their various specifications, until we agreed on one that fitted my needs perfectly. He was courteous, very helpful and responded to each and every question with friendliness and competence, finding the perfect solution for me. I have a new phone and contract and I am delighted!
Highly recommend SCG
SCG is our IT solution and provide our VOIP software, they are usually prompt in dealing with out support ticket requests and understand our need for urgency. From my personal experience, they are far superior then our last IT support group, they are also polite and actually listen when someone who also knows IT gives them information to assist them. While my personal opinion of them is good, I do not represent the company I work for, I represent an individual employee that has regular communication with SCG.
Given 4 stars as I believe every company has room for improvement somewhere, no one is infallible, however, I would highly recommend SCG for your IT Solutions

Our charity has recently changed to a Voip system via SCG and they have been very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Shout out particularly to Kyle for patience in going step by step through unfamiliar processes, and Ali who educated us well in the leadup to the change, and has been available and communicative since.

Was able to resolve the issue on the phone so the end customer was able to see a very fast resolution to the issue that had been rasied.
