SIP Trunk migration
SCG arranged a like for like SIP trunk migration from our previous provider which made the transition seamless without the need for any PBX reprogramming. We didn't notice any down time.

TECHNICAL ISSUE SOLVED
AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GAIN ACCESS TO OUR TELEPHONE PORTAL VIA EMAILS, WADE CALLED TO TALK US THROUGH A RE-SET AND GAINED ACCESS STRIAGHT AWAY. WADE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PATIENT GETTING THIS SORTED FOR US
