Good Communication
Our Account Manager Stacey Herbst was really helpful and communicated well. Request was completed in a timely manner. This lead on to several queries regarding our account and billing, but these were also responded to well.

I had an issue with my SIM card and Lucas replied to my email first thing in the morning and had my new E-Sim working on my phone by the end of the day. I was delighted, thought I would be without my phone for a week waiting for new sim to arrive

Amazing service at SCG Phone Company thanks to Riley! From start to finish, Riley was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made the whole process super easy, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. We are a small independent restaurant business working 18hours throughout the day.
We have been with SCG for over a year now. As a small independent restaurant, we operate 18 hours each day. Transitioning to digital in a rural area was challenging; however, the SCG team supported us every step of the way. They provide two phone numbers for support, ensuring they are available 24 hours a day. The entire team is quick to resolve issues and very collaborative.
