Great communication and thorough handover
Gary Yates provided a brilliant end to end experience in the delivery of my new vehicle. He called me the day before to let me know the approximate time I should expect him, based on the time he was hoping to pick it up from the dealership. He then messaged me when he had successfully picked it up and also when he was one hour away, allowing me to be ready for his arrival. I live on a busy main road but carefully backed the backed my vehicle onto the drive with apparent ease. He conducted thorough inspection of the vehicle and encouraged me to do the same. He sat in the vehicle with me and walked me through the basics. He also showed me everything included in the boot. Really happy with the communication and Gary’s knowledge, despite it being a new EV. Thank you

David B collected my car from my home address. The day before collection David messaged to advise of his estimated time of arrival, on the day I was kept updated with the time of his arrival. David was friendly, helpful and professional.

Perfect delivery and on time.
Had my car delivered by Gary Yates after repair. Gary called to advise his departure time and expected arrival time. Gary then sent a text message when he was half an hour away. Gary arrived right on time and was very friendly, courteous and professional. Discussed some aspects of the repair etc and spent some time to make sure everything was ok.A true credit to your company.

Today 16/09/26 9:30am - Simon Row delivered my new car!! The customer service I received from Simon was top class. He took the time to take care of my new car by giving her wipe over, checking all was ok and kindly showing me everything about the car. He went above and beyond. Very happy with the service I received and can’t praise Simon enough!

David B delivered my new car to my home…
David B delivered my new car to my home address. Prior to delivery he communicated well with me, keeping me informed of estimated times and on the morning of delivery, kept me updated within an hour of his arrival. David was really pleasant and helpful, explained all what was necessary regarding my car and was pleasant to deal with. From delivering and unloading the car to signing, David was great to communicate with. Very professional throughout.
