Innovation Strategy Certificate Program
I thought the entire Innovation Strategy certificate program was very well done. The videos were very informative, and each course built on one another. Some of the links were broken/removed and searching did not produce the relevant results. This was rare, but a bit frustrating when it happened.
It was often difficult to attend the live sessions, being on a different coast. So I cannot speak to the value of those sessions.
I found the content valuable and applicable, so I do recommend this as a primer or introduction if you are new to innovation or trying to implement these practices in your organization.
If you are thinking of attending - some courses are much lighter on the coursework than others. The last two definitely have a heavier lift than the first 3.

Highly engaging well-designed program
This was a highly engaging and well-designed program that delivered a strong balance of strategy, technology, and ethics, while keeping a focus on business objectives. I was able to immediately apply insights from the program within my workflow, creating immediate value for my team particularly in identifying ways AI can enhance existing processes, improve efficiency, and support smarter ways of working.

The eCornell Business Management…
The eCornell Business Management Essentials course provided a strong, practical foundation in core business concepts with clear real-world application. The structure was well-organized, and the content was engaging without being overwhelming. I especially valued how the material connected strategy, finance, and leadership in a way that can be directly applied to managing projects and driving business decisions.

Ethics
In general the course was great but: over all the specialization wasn’t humanized. I didn’t like the approach of a couple of professors over the course.
The approach of Hicham Jaddoud and Erik Browning.
The zoom meeting is an important touchpoint not only to recap or discuss something about the course but also to bridge new connection. Both were not available for discussion.
I asked by emails for their availability and I didn’t received any response. Like a ghost professor. This is not an ethical behaviour.
We have also received a message by one of the Professor mentioned informing us the flight was delayed and because of that he was not available to discuss on the scheduled meeting. Well like other Professors did not for this reason but for any other reason simply the zoom meeting must be rescheduled. The availability to ask questions and remain at disposal is not at all the same thing.

Rigorous, practical, and worth every hour
Cornell’s Designing and Building AI Solutions certificate exceeded my expectations. The curriculum moves logically from foundational machine learning through neural networks and generative AI, with a consistent focus on real-world business application — not just theory. Faculty author Lutz Finger brings serious industry credibility, and it shows in how the material is structured. My experience with eCornell has been positive overall, as the programs are well-structured, practical, and easy to follow alongside a full-time job. The Labor Relations course was great!

Worth your while
The content and its delivery wonderful. Bite sized pieces of information well structured under a sensible and logical curriculum. The AI feedback feature is really good and useful. The homework is relevant and drives the participant to introspect deeply, but sometimes the instructions are vague or not super clear.

Great Value !
Very relevant content and great value for money. The self pace modality combined with deadlines really helps with flexibility and independence. I was able to manage the course and my masters degree simultaneously. The combination of readings, videos, interviews, case studies, exams just really helps to learn the content thoroughly and in depth.

A Rigorous and Practical AI Learning Experience
I was very pleased to have completed Cornell’s Generative AI for Productivity certificate through eCornell and Cornell Tech. This was an eye-opening experience and far more than a passive online course. It was hands-on, rigorous, and grounded in real-world application.
If you are looking for a serious academic experience that also delivers practical value, this course is well worth your time. If you are only looking for something to casually sample, this is probably not that kind of program. The course asks you to engage, think, apply, and stretch.
What I appreciated most was that the lessons extended beyond AI alone. Many of the concepts have broader value for business, decision-making, and problem-solving in general. I came away with tools and frameworks I can use immediately in both enterprise and entrepreneurial settings.
Another strength of the program is the opportunity to learn from and interact with experienced industry professionals. That added a great deal of value to the overall experience.
This is not a dip-your-toes-in course. It is more like diving in headfirst, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Huge professional value
The certificates are a real value-added to your resume. Having an institution as prestigious as Cornell give you a practical, proffessionally applicable credential is a huge win. The classes were fairly easy and the work was very manageable, making it possible to complete 2 certs while working full time. The facilitators really care and give thorough feedback on every assignment. Highly recommend getting multiple certs from eCornell, if not for the knowledge, for the signalling effect/value to future hirers and bosses.
