You got it right in the end - I hope
Although I thought I had renewed my accounts earlier in the year it transpired that I had been contacted too early and my initial renewals had been made outside the renewal window.
After this fiasco, which wasted a considerable amount of my time and your time (and consequently money!) the situation was not only rectified, but dealt with quickly and efficiently by someone who actually knew what they were doing.

Unsolicited calls every single days for weeks from different 0161 numbers. No matter how many of them I block, they continue to call. Awful company and need reporting to ICO.

This company's administration staff that I dealt with were very fast, super efficient and helpful. The initial sales administrator Brendon Manas went the extra mile to get me an excellent utility price. Result is a very happy customer who would use this company's services in the future.
