We received a letter from them last September saying there was a fault with our solar panels & to ring for an appointment for their engineer to visit. I phoned straight away. No answer & their voice... Voir plus

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL GETTING ENGINEER TO ARRIVE ON TIME.AND ROBERT BILIK THE ENGINEER WAS VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING HOW THE ELECTRIC SIDE WORK.

Convenience, care and quilaty

The examination was at my house that was convenient, the caregiver was very friendly and helpful even with moving furniture back after examination.quality of frames very modern and not very expensive ever.

not having been home at time of work…

not having been home at time of work being done to upgrade the system i had to rely on my wife info as to what was what the men doing the job did well and in very wet weather but didn't have a metal backing plate to finish off completely. I tried to phone but could only leave a message and have had no reply unless I've missed it. Difficulty speaking with anyone re problems and am unsure if panels are currently working. Mr. M Fenwick

Poor follow up from Eco vision. Solar panels switched off and no progress on the remedial work after 3 months. V

Update: three months after John's visit we are still waiting for the work to be carried out. Meanwhile, our solar panels have been switched off and we are therefore getting no benefit from them
Despite 6 phone calls we are still waiting.
John Dewen came to change our meter. It was after 3.00 pm and beginning to get dusk. John worked quickly and efficiently to replace the meter so that he could check the solar panels were working ok before the light faded. He took time to explain how the system works and looked in the loft to check the wiring. He found a problem and quickly sought advice and made the unit safe until further work can be carried out.

Ecovision were very approachable.

Ecovision were very approachable and the work upgrading to 4G was carried out by the engineer quickly and professionally.

The occasions I have had to make contact with Ecovision to make enquiries have been responded to quickly and Stephanie has provided me with the answers I required and within a very quick time frame.

They failed to respond to several phone…

They failed to respond to several phone calls and emails. When contact was finaly made and an appointment confirmed, they didnt arrive ron the agreed date.
When an engineer finally came, 6 weeks later, he completed the work satisfactorily

Excellent engineer

I had a 2nd visit today and was again extremely happy with the service provided by their engineer Tommy.
He checked the appointment was still suitable beforehand, messaged to say he was running 10 mins late due to traffic, worked very hard for several hours and was as friendly, professional and tidy as before.
The office communication has improved as well so if you are thinking of using Ecovision I would now recommend them. Especially if you are able to secure a visit from the same engineer I had.

engineer updated us his arrival time

engineer updated us his arrival time . arrived on time. warned us that the electricity was going off so we could save and shut down our computer. Took slightly lionger than anticipated but overall a good job done

Great engineers, terrible company

The guy who came to do the visit was fantastic. Give him a pay rise.

The general experience of Ecovision though is very poor. Non existent comms. Clearly just a number in a big system rather than a client.

Solar panels need cleaning. This was acknowledged by the person who visited but he also said its very unlikely it will get done...

If i wasn't forced to stay with you, I would leave

My system failed after updating for…

My system failed after updating for weeks. Finally had several alerts from Ecovision for me to reset it, which I did, but still didn't work. After a text and phone calls from me it was switched back on.

Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused by the appointment changes, I completely appreciate how frustrating that must have been, especially when one wasn’t communicated clearly.

Because our engineers are out on the road all day, plans sometimes need to shift due to illness, traffic, emergency callouts or unforeseen delays. We always aim to keep customers updated as soon as we know a change is needed, but I’m sorry that didn’t happen properly in your case.
