Service was very good. Just entered the room and was immediately attended and they made me feel comfortable .helped setting up gown and hat . Overall very friendly and helpful staff .👍

Extremely disappointed with the graduation photo we received from Ede and Ravenscroft. What should have been a special keepsake of a proud family moment has instead left us frustrated and upset. In the photo, I (the mum) appear much smaller than I actually am – completely out of proportion to my husband and daughter, who look disproportionately large.
I raised this with their customer service team, assuming they would take the matter seriously. Instead, I received multiple dismissive replies claiming that the photo had not been altered in any way and that the issue was not their fault. They offered to amend the photo – but only if I paid again. After sending another email explaining clearly why this wasn’t acceptable, I’ve since been completely ignored.
If the image hasn’t been photoshopped, then the only other explanation is poor-quality photography – and quite frankly, that's not what you'd expect from a company with their reputation, especially at such a high price. We trusted Ede and Ravenscroft to deliver something special, but were met with bad service, poor communication, and a photo that feels like a botched job.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before using them, particularly if you’re expecting a family photo to mark an important milestone.

Very poor quality photo. Far too dark. Made a complaint, process was very slow. They refused to send the ammended proof in the post so we could make more of an informed choice which I considered to be unhelpful. Ammended version was not much better. Have lost all faith in this company so could not face going through the elongated process again. Once in a lifetime photo has been ruined. Suggest you use your phone!

I'm not sure why I'm writing this other than to offer balance - Ede & Ravenscroft seem to have avtoral monopoly on graduation services. Following a rushed (and expensive) experience at the Leeds Arts graduation ceremony we awaited the arrival of a graduation photo. After several weeks, the wrong photo was delivered! We then attempted to contact E&R to alert them to this. Finding a way to speak to a human is difficult to say the least! Eventually we were sent a return slip for the incorrect photo and were told that our photo would not be sent out until we had returned their incorrect item despite having paid in advance for this. Over TWO MONTHS LATER, we still do not have a graduation photo. I could go on but it's too boring. Sort your customer service out E&R - your contemptuous disregard for your customers and general poor service will get you in the end. WHERE IS OUR PHOTO?

This is the company that my University use for gown hire and photography. All of the staff on the day were efficient and really friendly; however, I have just received my graduation photos and they are awful. I ordered seven digital prints at an extortionate price, and they edited them terribly, if they were even edited at all. These issues are that in the images with my children, they are standing on boxes to make them taller; however, the boxes and the yellow and black hazard tape are visible in the images and have not been edited out. We are not central in the shots, and I am generally disappointed with the final product. I will now have to crop these images myself or send them to our regular family photographer to be edited at a cost. Very disappointing, and I will not be using this service for my upcoming MA graduation.

Used this company for my graduation photos. Colours were terrible and nowhere near real life. All the snaps taken on our phones were superior. We contacted the company and got the colours edited and gave them some of our photos as an example of the actual colours. Replacements were still very poor. A complete waste of money. Would never use again. Communication appealing as well about the photos and getting replacements took two months.

Ordering a gown was confusing and took 1h to get onto the website (this was the 5th attempt to order a gown) , once in they didn’t have my gown in stock. When contacting them via email they were unable to help which isn’t their fault. But with my graduation around the corner I ended up going with Churchill gowns where the costumer service are Amazing polite and friendly. Cost of these gowns are also really expensive considering it’s for a 1 day.

Exceptional Customer Service & Support for Graduation
I would like to extend my deepest thanks to John for her outstanding customer service during the preparation for my graduation. Her attention to detail, patience, and unwavering dedication made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from the right size attire to the perfect hat, all while being joyful and passionate. It was clear she didn’t just view this as a job; she truly cared about my success and achievement, and that made the experience even more meaningful.
Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire graduation team. Their support and encouragement throughout the process played a key role in making my graduation day truly memorable. Their enthusiasm and commitment made the event so much more than just a ceremony.

As other people have said I also ordered my photos for graduation. When I ordered the photos there was memory stick that was offered as an add-on that on the other places of the website was advertised as having all the photos from shoot. However when the memory stick arrived it had one photo and when I contacted them about the misleading information, I got rudeness and confrontation back. They also sent me screenshots from a website they have now changed, clearly because multiple people complained. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Spent £50 on photography, waited over a month for photos. Paid for the essentials pack, 1 big photo and 2 small photos. I received the big picture, but the 2 smaller images were missing from their display sleeves.
To be honest, they were the worst photos I have ever had done, the photographer was very much "he knows best", rather than take some images in the way I wanted.
Paid £20 for a pen drive which I was told would contain all the photos, but only received 1 image.
This is very poor service and rubbish value for money. It was impossible to make a valid selection from the proofs due to rather aggressive watermarks. Money is tight for graduates and every penny counts, why are you so pinching? I now have to wait another month for them to rectify THEIR mistakes.
Update: I already messaged you and the best you can do is confirm 1 photo on the pen drive, say sorry for the mistake and offer a touch-up on the photo I have. You want me to return the current image rather than send me an update along with the missing images. Its really not great

We spent £98 on a photo order with Eden and Ravenscroft.
This was for a 2 large solo photos and 2 large family pictures and 2 small solo pictures and a memory stick of photos costing £20
Choosing the photos it was difficult to see which photos were best due to the heavy watermarking so I was pleased I had ordered the memory stick so that we could get prints of the other pictures if we liked them
However the memory stick has only the 2 pictures we paid £78 already for prints of. On the initial order firm it says nothing about the pictures on the usb being restricted to the ones you order for printing. Feeling ripped off as every other photoshoot we have paid for usb which has contained all the pictures , not just 2
The photographer was great and we felt he took time over the pictures so we are very disappointed not to see the rest.
