Crashes
On the basic controls of the software it works perfectly and just fine. Though when you try to customizing it, every new section you enters, it crashes.

Thanks for laying this out so clearly, Sevastian — it genuinely helps. It's great that the core controls run perfectly for you, and the crash you're hitting when customizing is usually a quick fix on our side once we can see the exact settings involved. Hop into our Discord and tell the team what you were trying to customize when it crashed, and we'll dig in and get it sorted. We'd much rather get EdgyPro working fully for you than leave it half-there.

Kinley, we're really sorry — working for two minutes and then quitting on you is the opposite of what your subscription should do, and we completely get the frustration. The good news is this is almost never a dead end: nine times out of ten it's something quick like a setup step, a browser update, or your key needing to be re-activated, and our team fixes it fast. Please hop into our Discord and send the support team your username, and we'll either get you back up and running or make it right. We'd genuinely love the chance to turn this around for you.

Definitely helped out
Definitely helped out, I would recommend this to any student on Edgenuity, this really enhanced my learning experience. Not only did I understand topics much better, I learnt from my mistakes and improved my grade to an A+. Excellent learning tool, only complaint I have is sometimes it will stop working OR provide the wrong answers/rationales, specifically with MCQs. That aside, don't hesitate to start using this tool, it saves a lot of time and makes a lot of time for future topics of learning!

Efficient, small bugs
Very efficient, makes results mostly realistic. There was one quiz in which the program resulted with a 30%, then a 20%, prompting me to ask for another retake (which could have ended badly if unlucky). Unsure why this happened, but it seems exclusive to select assignments, as this happened to my friend on the same quiz. The program doesn't seem to recognize how to pass self-check short answers nor "online course" review links, so I had to monitor the progress every hour-ish. Certain settings, such as accuracy range and auto-advance/submit delay times can bug within the extension window, but can be fixed (occasionally) by turning off/on the extension.

Great
Helped me out a ton with my edunuity, got me an entire 10% up in less than 2 hours where it would've taken me double the amount on this course. Edgypro is great!! Just wish it had more specific settings for written responses or maybe notifications when assessments or quizzes started. Personal preference, but otherwise awesome!
