Fantastic service

Have been working here for 4 years. No full vacations, no sick leaves. You are forced to work during your offs. Was fired with NO prior notice during PAID annual vacation. + anything was sent in priv! No notification about firing! Just deletion from groups and that is it! ILLEGAL! Was accused of cheating and stealing students to another agencies. BEWARE!! When asked for proofs - silence… sad to give 4 years experience into this

I was guided throughout my process and the whole journey from start to finish was seamless.

My experience with EDU4U has been very disappointing.

Although I was enrolled through them for Solent University, the setup feels misleading, with much of the course actually delivered through QA and not clearly tied to Solent as presented.

Lessons are frequently cancelled at very short notice, often without proper communication, which makes the whole experience feel disorganised and unprofessional.

The referral scheme is also misleading. After recommending a student who started in November 2025, I was later told I would only receive £200 instead of the advertised £1500, which was never made clear upfront. It is now May 2026 and I still have not been paid, despite being told it would be sorted in March or April. My messages are now being ignored.

In addition, I was also offered incentives to leave a positive review on Trustpilot, which raises concerns about the authenticity of their ratings.

Overall, poor communication, lack of transparency and broken promises have made this a very frustrating experience.

The company helped me a lot with my university application and guided me a lot with my student status; they are very good managers.

Erica, is the best, helpful from the beginning to the end. Made sure I understood everything and give assistance and info wherever possible. Hands down the best!!! Thank you

Update:

Unfortunately, after submitting my original review and fully cooperating with all requested steps — including providing proof of submission and multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and email — I stopped receiving any responses from the organisation.

Over time, the situation has become increasingly concerning due to the prolonged lack of communication, unclear and changing conditions throughout the process, and additional requests for promotional content that were not clearly explained from the beginning.

I was also later informed that the company/person I initially dealt with may not actually be the same entity as Edu4U, which has created further confusion regarding responsibilities and communication.

At this stage, despite my attempts to resolve the matter professionally and amicably, I have still received no resolution or meaningful response.

I believe transparency, professionalism, and clear communication are extremely important when dealing with students and educational support services.

Considero que la transparencia, la profesionalidad y la comunicación clara son extremadamente importantes cuando se trabaja con estudiantes y servicios de apoyo educativo.

I had a mixed experience with Edu4U.
On the positive side, they supported me with the university application process and helped me access student finance, which I appreciate.
However, I experienced several issues with communication and transparency. Some key information was not clearly explained from the beginning, particularly regarding the actual structure of classes (online vs on-campus), which turned out to be different from what I was initially told. This required me to reorganise my work commitments.
In addition, I often had to follow up myself to obtain updates, both regarding the student loan process and other stages of the enrolment. While support was available, it was not always proactive.
Regarding the laptop offer, the conditions and requirements were not clearly communicated from the start and appeared to change during the process, which was frustrating.
Overall, the service was helpful in parts, but the experience would benefit significantly from clearer communication, consistency, and better expectation management.

Por un lado, me ayudaron con el proceso de acceso a la universidad y con el préstamo estudiantil, lo cual valoro positivamente.
Sin embargo, he tenido varios problemas relacionados con la comunicación y la transparencia. Parte de la información clave no se explicó claramente desde el inicio, especialmente en relación con la estructura real de las clases (online y presencial), que resultó ser diferente a lo que se me indicó en un principio. Esto me obligó a reorganizar mi trabajo.
Además, en varias ocasiones tuve que hacer seguimiento por mi cuenta para obtener información y avances, tanto en el proceso del préstamo como en otros aspectos de la inscripción.
