Not a Genuine Education Platform My Experience

I joined Educate.io expecting real educational content and professional guidance, but my experience was very disappointing. In my opinion, this platform does not operate like a legitimate education provider and shows multiple warning signs.

The main issue is that the focus seems to be more on payments, packages, and promotions rather than structured learning. There is no clear curriculum, no verified instructors, and no transparent explanation of how the education actually adds value.

Another concern is the lack of transparency. Important details such as company registration, real team members, and physical address are either missing or unclear. This makes it difficult to trust the platform as a serious educational service.

The earning-related claims are also misleading. Education platforms should focus on skills and knowledge, not on suggestions of easy or fast income. Such promises create false expectations and are a major red flag.

Payments appear to be non-refundable, and once payment is made, customer support becomes slow or unhelpful. I did not receive clear answers when I asked for clarification or a refund.

Many positive reviews also look repetitive and generic, which raises concerns about authenticity.

Final Thoughts

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Educate.io. It does not feel like a real education platform and appears to be designed primarily to collect money rather than provide genuine learning.

Please do thorough research before joining.

I’ve been trying to cancel my Digital Launchpad / Educate.io subscription but I haven’t received confirmation yet.

As you seem very responsive on Trustpilot, I’m publishing my request here so it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Its a scam I am sick of this guy promoting stuff that he didn't do. I repeat do not fall for this "too good to be true" course. You will just waste your money.

I would spend it somewhere else.

hard to cancel

I bought the subscription and was forced to keep it because I didn’t know how to cancel it. I tried several times to figure it out, but you’ve made it so damn hard to cancel. It was never clear where or how to do it. When I first bought it, I thought it was a one-time payment. Apparently there were monthly payments, but I never noticed them.

I bought this course last year for my 16 year old daughter, unfortunately I didn’t know that there is a yearly subscriptions, I tried to communicate this issue with you. I didn’t received any email about the renewal. No refund received unfortunately. You just made the kids feel that they can earn millions in no time. So disappointing

didn’t know I was subscribing

didn’t know I was subscribing, last year when I purchased I thought it was a one off payment. No email reminder or anything a year later that a payment will come out. Therefore, I could not cancel as I didn’t know. I cancelled the service straight after payment came out of my account so therefore not using the service but apparently I can’t get a refund for a service I have not used.
