Package arrived promptly, but slightly damaged
Package arrived promptly, but the box was bent and crushed because the outer packaging wasn’t really suited to the box. Luckily the contents had not been damaged

Fast delivery and lovely products. I had an issue with one of the toys having some damage customer services were really helpful and sent out a replacement really quickly. I will definitely be purchasing again.

A very good range of products
A very good range of products. Excellent discount section. One item seemed poor quality when it arrived and one item was not sent. When querying I was told it was out of stock which was a shame.

Certainly not worth the price and I'm sure most 6 year olds would be very underwhelmed to receive that as a gift

We found a really unique and stylish…
We found a really unique and stylish kids shopping trolly that was good quality, I got it while the price was reduced but I would have happily paid full price. I did not really browse the website at the time as I came to the item page straight from a Google but I would use the site again. Ordering was easy and delivery time was reasonable I don’t think any longer than 4-5 days

Excellent quality products, which are good and sturdy for the toddlers using our sensory centre. Emma, from the customer cafe team, has been more than helpful in getting the order out to me promptly and dealing with my queries. Will definitely order again.
