Ordered back in May and never received anything!

Sadly, I see that my experience has been no different than most of the other reviews here. Took my money, sent a link to track, and nothing since. Links lead to nowhere. That was in May 2026. I told my grandkids we were going to have a fun new activity to do together. I will never click on Social Media ads again.

ordered May 2026, never arrived, unable to cancel order as they told me it had been "Fulfilled" never received valid tracking and never had an arrival date. absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Website no longer exists and customer service has not responded to any messages inquiring about the status of my two book order. Same story as everyone else here.

I typically always vet sellers prior to purchasing with them but considering my order was for children’s books, I let my faith in humanity soften me.

TOTAL SCAM - Ordered 1 book in May. Ordered through Shop. Got an order number and tracking number. But that's where it ends. Constant emails requesting where the book was. I have never received a response from them. Tracking # said on its way and then changed to waiting to be collected 6 weeks later. To date (9/9/2026) NO BOOK!!!

Terrible company, total scam! Ordered 2 books back in May almost $70 for my pre-school. Order was confirmed and said ready to be shipped. Later, I realized I never received the order. Tried to track order, sites are not available. Googled to find out they are doing this to everyone. Done ordering on FB and Instagram!

I’m usually better about vetting companies before purchasing, but unfortunately this one slipped through the cracks. I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before falling for their scam. I placed an order (luckily only 1 book) at the beginning of June. I reached out in late July asking for an update. No response. No legitimate tracking, although states it’s being shipped from China. There is also a link provided to “download” your tracking info. Don’t do it. This is complete fabrication of a company and products. They only follow through with false advertising and theft.

I’ve been waiting for my books. I’ve yet to receive them called the company and no answer. No longer available! This is not right!

I honestly can not understand why this company still has a website to charge people for books they never intend on sending!! Good advertising by a shameful business. I ordered these books in May! I am so very disappointed!! How do we stop them!!

Bought through Shop. How could they not know its a scam?? Surely people complained.

I ordered a book and card game totaling over $70.00. It has now been over two months, and I have reached out three times with zero response from the company. This is robbery; unfortunately, my experience with eduquest kids is that it is a scamming, thieving operation. Very disappointing.

My story is like most of the other reviews.
I ordered and paid for a copy of '100 Whys' and received confirmation of my payment and that a tracking number would follow soon.
Then nothing and multiple enquiries have been met with total silence.
A complete scam and I am not happy.

Just read several reviews and I also order a book but never received and no response to the emails sent. Nor to the letter. Contacted my bank to cancel charge so hopefully they will respond to the bank.
I hope I finally learned my lesson of purchasing items from companies that I do not know.

Zero star. I got ripped off. I ordered only 1 book, got charged for 2. When I tried to email the wrong charge I wanted righted , I never heard back.same with my emails. 2 months later , no books, no contact from company. I just saw the charge on my credit card bill. Hopefully I can get my money back. This company needs to be charged for fraud and arrested..

This site is a scam preying on people purchasing a gift for their loved ones.
No answers to emails, no tracking details and no communication for a purchase that has been on order for 3 months.

My experience would be to score a zero, I ordered 2 items over 9 weeks ago and did not receive them. I have contacted them by email 3 times and no response. I believe this is a total scam stay right away from this company l have wasted $80 for nothing.

Ordered their book but never received it. Thanks to my credit card company, I got my money back. Never found out what happened. I would definitely stay clear of this vendor.

No books, no emails, no refund SCAM do not buy from them!

Paid $90, never received anything. No way of getting in touch with someone, no tracking available, no response to my email follow up. This is a scam!

A zero rating would be best for this company, supposedly based in the United States. I ordered 3 copies of this book, 2 copies to Australia and one copy to the United States. The 2 copies I received were poorly edited with numerous spelling and punctuation mistakes. A request for a refund was ignored, as were the 2 messages sent through their website. I attempted to call their office but the number is disconnected.
This book is a rip off from a book published through Amazon.(as I discovered later) Contact your credit card company as I have done and you should get a refund. Ipaid through PayPal and received a refund immediately.
