I bought the Décor “Design Your Own Bento Box” from Eduromp for €24.99, and it was money down the drain. I only used it twice — once I included apple slices, and the next time I included a sandwich with a light drizzle of olive oil. Both times, everything leaked out!
Their instructions say it’s “not recommended for foods that produce watery liquids” — yet the product image itself shows apple slices inside the box. Apples naturally produce liquid, so how is this a realistic lunchbox design? What kind of lunchbox can’t even handle the most basic, everyday foods?
To make matters worse, Eduromp refused to refund me and didn’t even offer a credit note. Poor product quality and terrible customer service — I would not recommend anyone shop there.
