Wonderful service from start to finish
Wonderful service from start to finish.
No obligation visit to see the loft was very helpful and the quote came very soon after. The team came and removed previous insulation and boards in under two hours and replaced it very efficiently. Plenty of dust sheets helped eliminate a lot of potential mess.
If you’re looking to save your time and a headache make sure to give this company a call.

Excellent service from start to finish. Quick & efficient assessment from Shay including quick answers to any queries. Craig & Sharan did a great job on the day explaining problems we'd had with original insulation. Particularly liked the way Craig wanted me to see the work they'd done before they left. I'd have no hesitation in recommending their service.

Great service
I got in touch with Shay to get a quote for removing and installing insulation, he came out to give an estimate which I agreed on and he said they were available to do the job the next day! How’s that for service! A guy called Craig came and was very pleasant and did an excellent job, he removed all the rubbish and tided up. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them.

Have just had loft insulation installed by this company and couldn't rate them more highly. Booked a survey over the phone, The quote was reasonable and they were able to do the work within 2 weeks. The workmen were polite, friendly and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They showed me what they were doing and explained how everything worked. Great company.

Nightmare loft works
Booked a loft cleaning job with Shay's company. Verbally quoted £850 for clean, then was charged £1650 which included new loft installation and boarding removal.
The loft was not cleaned as specified on Efficient loft website, when we raised concerns Shay became very aggressive on the phone blaming us for trying to cut corners. He sent his guys out 3 times and still was not cleaned properly.
He sent amateurs to clean our loft who ended up damaging our ceiling trying to remove old boarding by banging the screws loose. No cover sheets were put down beforehand (as described on the website) and our whole upstairs bedrooms was covered in fine black dust messing up our bedding and newly painted walls and new blinds.
He tried to compensate/apologise with a £150 discount and new bedding, bedding I don't need.
What a nightmare dealing with Shay. I'm still stressed writing this review!

Every 100 clients we get 1 nightmare client to deal with, and after I reading your previous reviews I’m not surprised.
You lie , you gave me wrong information over the phone to try and save costs, we came for inspection and provide a price and left , after 7 days you called us because you realized the price was good ( otherwise you would pick another company) , your loft was full of rubbish ( and we remove old plasterboard from the roof for free).
You guys tried to take the price down every opportunity that you have, the house was during construction with 7-9 workers there and you blame my workers of making your toilet dirty( which they didn’t use) they cleaned everything you asked for, hold the entire payment for more then a week, the team came back 3 times to clean dust which we said we not going to remove .
Absolutely terrible people to deal with , we never had something like that before.
I didn’t try to apologize, and you got mad because that our joiner saw how terrible people you are and decided not to do the job for you and because of it this review came.
You are the type of people who think if they pay for service I become your slave,
The only thing I regret is to agree to do project to clients like you.

Excellent service from Shay and his team. Things ran perfectly to time and great care was taken to protect my home from the debris. The new insulation is much thicker than the old. Would definitely recommend this firm.
