I too should have read the reviews

I too should have read the reviews, it doesn’t say what service they use until you get your despatch email, not impressed that the delivery will be a day late from when I booked it. Booked in advance to arrive on time yet it is going to be a day late . Ordered on the 9th for deliver on the 11th oct yet the despatch email says will be delivered on 12th oct. 6.99 postage for a late delivery. Shocking!

Wish I had read reviews

Ordered flowers which after ordering found out that they use Amazon delivery - would not have ordered from here if that had been made clear at the start as know how late their deliveries can be. Delivery was not made as they said Amazon had said it had been refused but Amazon said no reason could be given. Amazon returned flowers to sender and EFlorist told me they would be disposing of them and not refunding me as delivery had been refused. Appalling customer service. Repeated emails with same wording come back to you. Will never use again and would not recommend to anyone. Wish I had read reviews beforehand!

I should have read the reviews before ordering from EFlorist. The flowers were a small bunch in a battered box and not the same as in the photo. I ordered on Mon for my mum’s 75th birthday on Tue and was infirmed via email that I woukd receive them on Tuesday, but didn’t get them till Wed 4pm. I wasn’ bothered about a mini box of three sweets, thanks though. But the delay was upsetting.Won’t recommend.

Very Poor Quality flowers

I ordered a Bouquet for my mum's 60th birthday. They arrived early on the day of her birthday, and they looked OK pretty, but they were not the same flowers I had ordered - I had ordered orange and light pink "Autumn" flowers, and they sent yellow and white roses. They also didn't look very fresh, but I assumed that the flowers in bud would bloom and they would look better. However I received a photo of the flowers less than 24 hours later showing them completely dead and wilted - even the buds. I was absolutely mortified upon receiving the wrong order, I emailed to clarify if they had sent the correct order or if a mistake had been made and they responded almost immediately offering a replacement along with other options to rectify the situation. They were apologetic for the mistake and offered to replace or refund the order. While I was appreciative of the gesture, and the quick response, the quality of the flowers received was really awful and for that reason I would not recommend or use again.

Never again…

First time this company and I never will again. I assumed they would sub contract the work out to a local florist similar to how Interflora work. However they are delivered by Yodel in a box.

Flowers resembled a bunch you can pick up from a supermarket for £10 but cost nearly £50 including delivery, the flowers looked nice enough but were wilted and the bouquet was very small.

My advice for the best bunch of flowers, is ring your local florist give them your budget and pay over the phone. This is what I usually do, but I thought I would give these a try.

I ordered flowers for a birthday

I ordered flowers for a birthday. They were a small bouquet and flowers were wilted very dissapointed. It also stated free chocolates would be sent, of course they weren't. Really disappointed. Wish i had read the reviews beforehand. Won't use again. Back to INTERFLORA IT IS .

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter ordered some flowers to be delivered to my place of work for the 11th September. We are now on the 19th September and still no flowers and no answer to my complaint. My daughter has been blocked on social media platforms by them after querying where they were, a ticket has been raised and ignored, I have emailed them and had a response asking me to confirm the delivery address and nothing since despite chasing this. I have tried live chat and calling them to no avail. Meanwhile, my daughter is nearly £40 out of pocket when she does not have much money as it is. We are at the point where we will have to try and do a chargeback with the bank, however, there's no guarantee that we will get this money back for her. AVOID ordering from this fraudulent company, they will take your money and not deliver the goods.

Awful customer service, terrible expeience

My wife ordered flowers for a family member on the 11th Sep to arrive on the 12th and they did not arrive until the 14th. The flowers were shrivelled up and limp. The claim to have outstanding customer service but have not responded to our complaint and even though my wife left a negative review on Google they continue to email her to leave a review. This company are awful and we would countenance anyone against using them. A complete waste of money.

Worst flower delivery company

Worst flower delivery company. Failed to deliver for a funeral, then failed to refund and deliver because 'they cant' despite the shameful disrespect and upset they have shown. I made the mistake of not reading reviews please avoid this company at all costs.

Very Bad Experience

NOT RECOMMENDED.
I would have rated them zero star if this was an option.
The flowers arrived one day late for the precious and special occasion we had, a cheap small dull bouquet that has nothing to do with the Large-sized bright arrangement that I ordered.
It’s disrespectful and extremely disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I ordered a bunch of mixed pink and white flowers for my mum - the pic looked absolutely beautiful with mainly pink, and as one of mum’s favourite flowers are pink alstroemeria (the waltz bunch) it was an ideal gift. However when they arrived they were just white with one tiny pink stem! I sent an email and simply got repetitive generic computerised responses offering me patronising explanations and care instructions. Disgrace. Avoid at all costs! Expensive flower’s delivered with no love or heart.

Do not use

Do not use. I paid £40 for flowers that were nothing like the photo. 10 flowers the recipient received. I complained and sent a photo to show what I ordered versus what was received. They apologised and said they did not know how this happened and we reorganised another one being sent out! This was due for delivery on Tuesday 20th August and we are on Thursday 22nd and still no sign of them. This is the first time I have used this company and won’t be using them again. There are many other online flower companies out there without having this. They showed dispatched on Monday which means so far they have been on a box for 4 days.

Avoid At All Cost! Absolutely Appaling Customer Service.

Have used before and so today recieved an offer by email. As I needed to send flowers to a friend as a "thank you" I decided to proceed. Even though I checked twice, the system managed to change the delivery address to the billing address but I noticed on the confirmation immediately and so tried to call their CS number. This rings twice then cuts off (have tried continuously) so used their Web based contact to explain. The message was sent within 10 minutes, maximum, of the order being placed and they replied quickly saying no changes can be made as the labels would have already been printed at their supplier so the flowers are coming here.
The intended recipient lives 120 miles away so I cannot do anything with them other than keep them!
Apalling service and I will never use again.

Late delivery

Late delivery, no excuse or apology given. They used Amazon as delivery agent but didn't send the flowers out until day before they were due. Not even peak time of year so eflorist can't use that reason. Expensive for such a poor service. Will not be using again.
