Really disappointed ordered 9.11.24 for…

Really disappointed ordered 9.11.24 for delivery 13.12.24, find out the day delivery is due that they can’t fulfil, leaving it too late to order with a more reputable company. These were flowers on the anniversary of a loved one who has passed, so the offer of resending another date was just not good enough- when I finally got hold of someone via email. I’ve requested a full refund instead but will never use this company again!

£30 spent

£30 spent. Ended up with a smashed box with 5 flowers in all dead and crushed.

They were 3 days late also!

I have requested a refund as I was so appalled. I never leave reviews but people need to be aware of how awful this service is.
Stick to your local florists!

Well only if I had known beforehand….always read the reviews……flowers are a day late ,for a birthday only for them to be telling me, they will be delivered the day after ….Do not use this service and if there was such a thing they would be getting minus 3 stars……UPDATE…..flowers and gifts eventually came at between 14:30pm and 16:15 ,,,,just left on the door step no knock or acknowledgment despite occupants working from home ?… USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL….PS I did contact customer services, no joy from them either

If I could give 0 stars I would !!!! I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received. I ordered a bouquet of White Blossom flowers and not only did the WRONG flowers come, they also came DEAD. The white blossom flowers are roses and I got sent lillie’s and roses??? I also paid next day delivery and it look 2 days to arrive. So disappointed; these were for a sick friend and had to go straight in the bin. How you can even package this up and think it’s acceptable is absolutely disgraceful.

Bought a boutique of flowers for my sick friend they were delivered to her address next day but left on the porch, she said me a photo of the boutique I was utterly embarrassed and ashamed at what she got delivered they were absolutely terrible nothing like what I picked from the internet, would definitely not recommend this company at all awful

This seems like a half baked service at best and scam at its worst.

Ordered a funeral arrangement through what I believed to be a website for a local florist. I became concerned when the order did not post on my credit card statement as "pending." Tried calling both the local florist according to the phone number listed on the eflorist website as well as the 800 number again listed on the eflorist website. No answer for the local number and the 800 number took me to an obvious Medicare scam. Cancelled any possible payment with my cc company and called a local florist to place a reputable order.

Terrible customer experience

Bought 50 red roses for my wife to be delivered on our anniversary. After order confirmation it declared it would be delivered on the date I asked for. Fast forward to the day of anniversary and no flowers. Delivered a day late and as anyone knows it doesn’t quite cut it on an anniversary. Yodel delivery driver drops of flowers on front step and leaves. Found them an hour later. Not good enough. Reported to eflorist and they didn’t care basically

Wish to read reviews previously. Ordered flowers, and paid for premium delivery(delivery should be on the day)… and the result was that my friend received delivery 2 days later(including Sunday)… contacted support. They blame me for the delay… (apparently I updated the delivery address…) when the flowers finally arrived courier didn't bother to knock on the door (my friend was at home). It was supposed to be a surprise, but instead, I had to text her to collect it from outside of her house…Despite what florists claim they pack flowers well, 100 flowers were sent without a drop of water!!!!! Shocking. Do not recommend it at all!

AVOID!!!!!!!!!

I recently ordered flowers from eFlorist for a special occasion, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. The quality of the flowers upon arrival did not meet my expectations, and despite following the care instructions, they did not improve. When I reached out to customer service, they acknowledged the issue and offered a replacement. However, I felt that the initial delivery did not instill confidence in the potential replacement. As a result, I decided to seek alternatives for my future floral needs. Overall, my experience with eFlorist was unsatisfactory, and I hope they can improve their services in the future.

Just read all the reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You could buy from Tesco better quality flowers and at much better price. Not even close to what you see in the pictures. Plus I paid for a large bouquet and only got few flowers. YOUR LOVED ONES DO NOT DESERVE WHATEVER EFLORIST CALL”flowers”

I should have listen to many reviews , i order a 50 boque of roses with cards and basin for my wife 50's b day and it looks nice and high quality roses in the photo but my wife received a tiny penny size roses and a printed a4 paper card and a plastic basin its terrible experience my wife do not deserved this

I also should have read the reviews. Paid for the 'vibrant oasis - Size up for twice as many flowers' for delivery in London and got a feeble bouquet with fewer stems than in the pic for the basic size. Very poor value for money.

Check all reviews first before you irder

I ordered flowers for a friend . The flowers sent were really awful no heads on the flowers and it was nothing like the photo of the flowers in the photo. I complained and they sent a replacement bouquet which was only a little better than the first, at least this bouquet had some heads on the flowers. I complained again and got a refund. I certainly will not order flowers from them again. Very disappointed

The flowers I bought were £35 and it was like they were totally crap they were like £5 ones from Asda if I knew they would have been as bad as this I wouldn’t of even bothered they are a waste of money and you only get 7 flowers were as I can go to my local florist and get a large bouquet for £20

I should have read the reviews, very disappointed and upset with this service. I’m surprised that they’re still in business . Flowers should have been delivered yesterday 16 Oct but received today at 5.00pm and flowers were wilted and the box was all batted up very dissapointed. Really wish that i had read the reviews beforehand. Won't be using them ever again.

Go to a real local florist instead

On placing my order I was informed it would be delivered the next day - it wasn't but the day after.
I added a message to my order so my aunt and uncle would know who sent it - that wasn't enclosed.
The free (3) chocolates failed to arrive too what a surprise.
I've no idea what the bouquet looked like either before delivery - I'm sure they were to send a picture but maybe I've mixed them up.
NEVER EVER TO BE USED AGAIN.

We should have read the reviews before ordering the flower bouquet is nothing like the picture shown very disappointed it is not worth the money they use Amazon delivery service the flowers looked limped and battered wanted watering
