Not good
Not good. No delivery and I received a “cut and paste”email response from them eventually saying they had logistics problems. Fortunately I had used Amex. I initiated a claim with Amex and the following day eGadgets emailed to say they were issuing a refund. Either way I’m getting my money back! I’m using Amazon next time. A few pounds more but at least I’ll get my GoPro!!!

Don't Order From Here!
Order tracking showed at a Royal Mail depot for nearly a week. Royal Mail said the item was lost if the tracking had not updated. eGadgets refused to send out a replacement till they had settled with Royal Mail. A month and a half on and I've had to charge back through my credit card company to get refund. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Pay a little more and go with someone reputable.

Iv waited over the 4-6 working days they claimed my parcel would be delivered in. Kept checking royal mail tracking which kept saying. "Were expecting it" iv written multiple emails to them for an update. Not received anything. Seems like a scam. I'm not a competitor as one of the other reviews states. I'm a customer that's lost out on £250 which is a joke. Pathetic. Will be reporting them via my bank.

Parcel has not reached Royal Mail…
Parcel has not reached Royal Mail within 24 hours and with no reply to emails I have no idea if it has even left their depot.
This was meant to be a birthday present and as a result I paid extra for 3-5 days shipping however with no update as to where my order is I have most likely lost on my money worth for the quicker delivery and am worried that the delivery may not even get here for their birthday.
Update: company said they would dispatch midweek and have not. With no update or reply to my emails, I am cancelling order and calling bank to get money back.

Don’t deliver and keep your money!
I ordered a product from a gadgetsdeals and it was supposed to be with me within 4 to 6 days. After nine days I chased the product and they came back and said that supply and demand was a problem and they and they wouldn’t be able to ship it until the following week. After total 13 days I request a refund I’ve had to chase and chase them for this refund keep being promised five days two days and still it hasn’t arrived. Don’t trust them they do not do what they say and they keep your money.

Awful service. The item took weeks and weeks to arrive. When I wanted to return it I had to pay the postage and they charged a 10% of the item’s value restocking fee. I then had to chase and chase for the refund to be processed.

Terrible company
Terrible company. They are often slightly cheaper prices but the product we received was an imported device which had no UKCA certification on it and had a foreign mains plug. We have reported them to trading standards. Customer service is awful and delivery was very slow.

Took ages to arrive, and when it did, it looked dodgy—pretty sure it’s a fake. Couldn’t get it working, so I sent it straight back. Still no refund, and I’ve had to report them to Trading Standards and Apple. Absolute joke—don’t trust this lot.
