Ordered a pixel 9, never arrived, they always replied with it's Christmas and it's delayed, asked for a refund a month later and 10 working days gone and still didn't get it. Hopefully my bank will be able to get the money back.

Wanted my full bank details to refund !!!!
Stated they had dispatched an item when they hadn't and then claimed they could not process a refund unless I gave them my full bank details. Reported to my Bank as this is unethical (and probably illegal) business practice. Also reported to Trading Standards and police for their behavior. I would avoid at all costs.

Ordered an ipad and headphones on 4th Dec.
First, this unprofessional business did not communicate with me or provide a purchase order receipt.
I chased them after 1 week. 48 hours to respond. Their telephone number (a mobile no. which is worrying) does not answer.
I emailed them week commencing 16th Dec, they stated products would be shipped by middle to end of the week latest (vague). I emailed again on the 18th Dec., they now stated would be emailed by end of the week or weekend, but can offer a refund. Then on 20/12/2024, they stated not going to be posted until the week commencing 23/12/2024, and items would not arrive befiore Christmas.
Just a shambles of a business. DO NOT USE.
I reported to my bank for fraudulent behavious.

Waited until 7 working days after the order was placed, sent and received multiple emails, all saying similar "there has been a delay, the order will now take longer..."
Eventually (after reading many reviews) requested a refund - merchant asked for my bank details, rather than refunding the transaction
I reported this to my bank, as I suspect it's just another way to keep hold of my funds for longer
I would avoid buying from this site. Ended up buying the Nintendo Switch from a reputable seller for £50 more

I ordered a go-pro on 7 Nov with expectation it'd be received within 6 days. Nothing received so contacted them to be told there was a delay. Eventually was told it had been dispatched. Then received email saying it had been randomly selected by customs. Then another email to advise it had got lost and do I want to order another. I asked for a refund and was told this would be processed within 3 working days. Its now almost 2 weeks and I still dont have a refund and need my money back so I can purchase elsewhere. I'm not getting any responses to my 'chase' emails and I'm concerned I wont get my refund. I dont often write reviews but given the absolute disgrace service and lack of recent action/response or refund I have felt compelled to.

Not Happy. I have ordered a GoPro 13 #EGSH100094347 for Order #EGOD100096979 on 2nd of December and stated 4-6 days delivery and after one email saying should be on its way after 10 days I will not receive this item before I needed it on the 20th so 18 days and failed on delivery.

After reading negative reviews I started to panic as I had already ordered a I pad 13 at a brilliant price. The delivery was ment to be 4-6 days and I was on the seventh day but because Black Friday the order (through no fault of a gadgets) came a day late. I am really pleased with my purchase and would buy off e gadget again.

unpleasant experience, disorganised company.
Despite offering relatively low prices, I would reaaaally recommend avoiding using this company.
I very, very rarely leave reviews but in this case my experience was so poor I felt obliged to.
The delivery dates and tracking number they provide are completely made up and the product never arrived.
When contacted about my purchase never arriving, the company responded with vague AI generated replies (which by the the looks of they also utilize to pump out false reviews on a number of platforms), claiming that delivery was imminent.
After a few rounds of this, I asked for a refund. They then claimed to have lost my bank details, then finally assured me a refund was on its way in 3-5 working days.
Surprise suprise, no such refund has been granted.
I will be forced to pursue some sort of legal action, which is for me at least, a bit more than I really wanted to deal with when I tried to buy some headphones.
UPDATE: shortly after contacting the company again, and posting this review I received a polite email, followed by a prompt refund with an additional £10 added for the inconvenience. I would still not recommend using this company, but I do not believe it to be a scam.
I think the lesson here is the power of a bad review.

Ordered phone on 2nd December. Supposed to be 48 hour delivery, although I appreciate they state it may take a few days to dispatch.
Contacted them several times, and got the same response as others 'delays due to Black Friday' etc etc.
Then they sent an email stating it was being dispatched last week. It wasn't. I emailed again and got another 'delayed' response. So I have given up and cancelled order and requested a refund. They have now asked for my bank details and say they cannot refund to my credit card. I have responded stating I will not give them my bank details and demanded they refund to the purchase card used (a credit card) and if they do not do that I will pass it to my credit card company to deal with. One thing I have noted is emails from them arrive 2 to 3am UK time so don't think it is UK based. I would strongly recommend to all not to use them. My feedback is very similar to many on here and I wish I had read the reviews before I had made the purchase. I can only hope they get on and refund my money soon. Everything I have written is factual and I would give zero stars if I could.

The worst!
I purchased a mobile phone through their website as it was the cheapest option I could find. The reviews on here didn't inspire much confidence, but I figured the savings could make any hassle worthwhile. However, it's simply just wasted my time and I've still not got a phone nearly a month later.
I was sent a tracking number immediately after buying online, but after a week it still wasn't working. I contacted them and was told they haven't sent it yet. Also, they didn't even have the phone in stock! What an absolute joke!
They offered a different colour phone which they had in stock. I accepted. Another week later I contact them, chasing the order up. They say they haven't sent it yet due to black friday and christmas being busier than normal. They promise it will be delivered by the following weekend. It was not, and they seem to be no longer replying to my emails.
I have zero fiath that they will process a refund properly, so I've contacted my back under Section 75 so they can chase up a refund.
Absolute shambles of a business, avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE, automated responses. No telephone contact. Still haven't dispatched item after 10 days+ won't arrive in time. Buy elsewhere, cannot be trusted.
UPDATE: after telling them to cancel the order they still decided to send out the order 4 weeks later in January 2025. This was after they promised a refund in December when I cancelled the order due to late delivery, as they didnt have the item in stock! I then had to return it, all whilst they delayed the refund! Once again a refund was promised but still not received after another 7 days. Over all this was an ongoing issue for over 1 month. When the refund was received it wasn't the full amount that was paid either. SCAMMERS DO NOT USE.

Ordered Alexa a week ago and no dispatch update, no replies to messages , will be claiming through the bank as can't risk it now , AVOID .
